  I'm always getting the wrong thing in my order or something missing. I can look past it if it's missing a hashbrown, or I get the wrong donut. But my order today missed an entire bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. The MAIN thing of the $6 meal deal. I would have checked before leaving, but the line was so long and I had a massive pickup truck tailgating me. I can't report through the app because the virtual assistant is offline. I can't file an issue through the site because it freezes when I try to search the address. The only way I was able to contact Dunkin was calling customer support which, judging from the language barrier with who I spoke to, I don't faith it's going to go through. The only reason I bothered to come back, after the last several times of missing items, is because I'm on a new medication where I need to eat a high amount of protein before taking it in the morning. This week has been a dumpster fire for me that I have not been able to run to the store to cover that part of my meals for the week. Going here was my only convenient option... but didn't consider it also being a gamble. Thanks for ending my week on a garbage note, Dunkin. Hopefully I don't get too nauseous from my meds today.

  So this week (May6th-12th) is nurses week, I went to Dunkin to ask if they participated in the free medium coffee and the manager told me no! She was absolutely sooo upset about this. She told me the owners had just been in and when she asked about it, they told her about how they made a large donation for teacher appreciation week. While yes I agree education and educators are probably one of the single most essential professions there is. So kudos on the donation, but not for the people who save your life??? However, this manager went above and beyond and covered this coffee for me! So I ended up getting a free coffee. I want to say the manager of this location is absolutely an angel! The owners should definitely give this young lady a raise for how well she handled the entire situation while managing a whole car line of people in the drive thru. She truly made my day and she made my drink absolutely amazing!

  This Dunkin decided to not honor the advertisement for nurses week, which was a free medium coffee. They said they’re a franchise and there aren’t doing that.

  One of the worst Dunkin’s around. A bunch of young kids who have no care in the world. All taken their time and don’t seem to be in a rush when it’s time to be. No supervision, just pathetic

  If the GPS takes you to the school next door it is the next location over closer to the highway. I did make it there but the store was so busy there were no parking spaces and the drive-thru went around the building so I left 😅
