I only ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee with cream, 3 equals and a toasted bagel. I hope the Sunday crew likes their job there because they won’t make it in the real world where details matter. Better luck in the next life.
- NNNewJun 16, 20261.0Went through the drive thru with my wife and had a pretty disappointing experience. The guy who took our order glasses, curly black hair was clearly annoyed we were even there. Short answers, no effort, just made us feel like a hassle. Then he straight up walked off and left us hanging without finishing the order. Luckily a really sweet woman stepped in to cover for him and actually got us taken care of. She was friendly, patient, and handled everything right. Total night and day difference. That guy needs some serious customer service training. 1 star, only because of how we were treated before she stepped in.

But my order today missed an entire bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. The MAIN thing of the $6 meal deal. I would have checked before leaving, but the line was so long and I had a massive pickup truck tailgating me. I can't report through the app because the virtual assistant is offline. I can't file an issue through the site because it freezes when I try to search the address. The only way I was able to contact Dunkin was calling customer support which, judging from the language barrier with who I spoke to, I don't faith it's going to go through. The only reason I bothered to come back, after the last several times of missing items, is because I'm on a new medication where I need to eat a high amount of protein before taking it in the morning. This week has been a dumpster fire for me that I have not been able to run to the store to cover that part of my meals for the week. Going here was my only convenient option... but didn't consider it also being a gamble. Thanks for ending my week on a garbage note, Dunkin. Hopefully I don't get too nauseous from my meds today.
