  Shout out to Danielle, Chole, and the team at the Yellow Bluff Location! Hands down favorite location! When I pull up to order and hear the joyful greeting it makes my morning! I am in awe of the guest service Danielle, Chole and the team provide here on a daily! Its rare to come across professional, cheerful and accommodating guest service these days. So Thankyou team Yellow Bluff for going above and beyond for your guests. THANKYOU Danielle and Chole who start my day off with a smile every morning! Your hard work does NOT go unnoticed and I appreciate YOU!

  This dunkin was very good when they first opened now everytime i get a drink it’s not made correctly and i have to hand it back to them to fix it. they give mostly sugar and milk. I even tell them how to make it and make it has it and it never does. it’s extremely disappointing because i was super excited for this dunkin

  Love Dunkin’! One thing tho both times I have gotten a cold coffee from here there is a PILE of sugar at the bottom of my cup. I don’t really know how they make the cold coffee but I feel like maybe it’s supposed to be made with liquid sugar?! Super sweet girls tho so maybe they are still learning . Nice place other than that .

  This location is probably the worst in Jacksonville. Cold food, stale food, and the drinks are halfway made- like they skimp on the syrups. I’ll skip this one and go to the New Berlin one from now on. 2 thumbs down!!

  Inconsistent. One day the bacon is crisp real crumbled bacon next it’s salad topping bacon then the next it’s like dog brand begin strips. Coffee as well is a hit or miss sometimes you taste the coffee next time it’s like La croix or coffee. And matcha… sadly because of yall chains we don’t have good matcha around here anymore ugh
