  I ordered a drink via the app this morning and picked it up within 5 minutes of ordering it. I noticed that my drink somehow was made as a half and half. I asked them to add more matcha to my drink, because I didn't ask for extra foam. She then explains to me that is what they do when people ask for less ice. I asked her how am I getting a 24oz beverage when your charging me for ice essentially. She then tells me that they can't give you more of the drink you ordered so they replace it with foam. I order my drinks from many DR'S in Jacksonville and each time I choose the less ice option. Never have I ever gotten half a cup of my beverage. If you have ice lines on the side of your cup, you should have a formula for each line when making your drinks. I asked for a redund and the girl told me that because I ordered on the app I needed to call and ask for a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and they asked what the problem was. After i explained she then told me people who ask for no ice get drinks like these. This is outrageous, people are essentially being charged to have ice in their drinks. We are not getting the advertised servings This place was very on point when they first opened, but now they have people with attitudes like they don't want to be there, and now your shorting me on my beverage because of my preference on ice.

  While this location just opened about two months ago, it is one of if not the best location I have visited in Florida. The lobby, bathrooms and kitchen work stations are always kept clean. The donut displays are maintained very neat and clean, always fully stocked. The food is always fresh from the donuts to the avocado toast! But the best part of this store is the team. This is a team that works very quickly and efficiently together. They're always smiling and doing everything to ensure the customer is happy! If you like Dunkin, stop by this location and show some love. I definitely love my daily espresso shots!

  Shout out to Danielle, Chole, and the team at the Yellow Bluff Location! Hands down favorite location! When I pull up to order and hear the joyful greeting it makes my morning! I am in awe of the guest service Danielle, Chole and the team provide here on a daily! Its rare to come across professional, cheerful and accommodating guest service these days. So Thankyou team Yellow Bluff for going above and beyond for your guests. THANKYOU Danielle and Chole who start my day off with a smile every morning! Your hard work does NOT go unnoticed and I appreciate YOU!

  This dunkin was very good when they first opened now everytime i get a drink it’s not made correctly and i have to hand it back to them to fix it. they give mostly sugar and milk. I even tell them how to make it and make it has it and it never does. it’s extremely disappointing because i was super excited for this dunkin

  Love Dunkin’! One thing tho both times I have gotten a cold coffee from here there is a PILE of sugar at the bottom of my cup. I don’t really know how they make the cold coffee but I feel like maybe it’s supposed to be made with liquid sugar?! Super sweet girls tho so maybe they are still learning . Nice place other than that .
