  I come to this store every day to my coffee , the lady blue eyes has bad attuide and the new person that training has nasty attuide and slap the windows drive thru.. to be honest they need new people , that’s poorly

  I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving three employees associated with Dunkin’ Donuts, including an individual identified as Kristy. I was physically assaulted by these employees due to false accusations and personal animosity related to an alleged Facebook matter that was entirely untrue. This situation escalated into a violent attack in which I was jumped by three adult women. Law enforcement has already been contacted, and a police report has been filed regarding the incident. I am pursuing this matter through the proper legal channels and intend to take legal action against the individuals involved, as well as against Dunkin’ Donuts for negligence and the conduct of its employees. At this time, I expect the company to take this matter seriously and preserve any relevant evidence, including security footage, employee records, incident reports, and internal communications related to the individuals involved. One of the women involved was recording during the incident, and that information will also be addressed through the court process. This incident caused me emotional distress, physical harm, and public humiliation, and I will be seeking accountability through legal action. Additionally, one of the women involved in the assault was already arrested for battery in connection with this incident. Sincerely, Nia P

  Do not go to this location the manager Cheryl is rude she lets her employee danny holler at customers and argue...Cheryl is nasty and rude....

  Don't go here. Drive thru person was rude. And my drink was literally half stirred up foam. I paid full price for half a drink....and no I didn't drink any of it yet in the photo.

  I walk in to the store later in the morning probably around 10: 15 or so the store was very busy, it doesn't help tho when what I'm assuming is the manager is yelling at all the employees while they are running around her to do what they are supposed to do. So kinda yelling for no reason. My food and drink was wrong they did fix it. It was just a very hostile environment kinda made me feel uncomfortable and sorry for the employees.......... So update I tried to give this place a second chance it wasn't worth the second chance "iris" I believe was the lady at the drive through completely rude rolled her eyes. If you don't want to work in customer service or with customers find a different spot to work
