- SCSadie Cederquist5 days ago1.0Just visited Dunkin’ for the first time, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. We ordered three drinks: a medium refresher, a large refresher, and a medium coffee. We asked for light ice in both refreshers, but they were only filled about halfway. When we asked about it, we were told they could only give us the original amount of product, even with light ice. To make matters worse, our large refresher was initially served in a medium cup. When we pointed it out, the employee simply poured it into a large cup and added more ice instead of filling it with more of the drink, so it still wasn’t full. The employee with pink hair, Gracie, was also very rude throughout the interaction, which made the experience even more disappointing. What a waste of $18 and it really Dunkin on my expectations.

Every time I place a mobile order at this location during the afternoon or evening shifts, my drink is noticeably underfilled, and it feels like the coffee portion is being rationed. The same drink ordered in the morning is consistently made correctly, so the difference is hard to ignore. As a paying customer, I expect the drink I ordered to be prepared consistently regardless of the time of day. Unfortunately, this ongoing issue has made me hesitant to visit this location after 10:30 AM. I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and drink consistency, because the service during the afternoon and evening shifts has been disappointing compared to the morning crew.

Additionally, there is a tall Black female employee who always seems to be rushing through my order. Her customer service is consistently poor, and she does not greet customers or create a welcoming experience. I believe customer service and food quality should be a priority, and my experiences at this location have been disappointing.

No greeting, no eye contact, and I felt ignored and disrespected. My order was handled carelessly and I was not given a bag. I left very upset and disappointed. I will not return to this location.
