It was actually super clean. I genuinely appreciate the kindness of the employees everytime I visit, but the same can be said for the manager. I believed she was helping when I ordered. You guys may not remember me but thank you for all that you do. I will definitely be returning.

I went to another Dunkin’ instead. Before I left, I tried placing my order, and I had to repeat it over and over. I ordered a Caramel Craze iced coffee with almond milk, cold foam, and no whipped cream. After explaining it multiple times, I was still being asked, “You don’t want whipped cream?” and “What else did you want again?” It was frustrating because it didn’t seem like anyone was paying attention to a simple coffee order. I understand places get busy, but customers’ time matters too. Waiting that long and having to repeat a basic order several times isn’t the experience I expect. I hope management addresses the customer service and improves the efficiency at this location.
