  Spent $40 on a wrap, sandwich and 2 coffees. Gave me a coffee that wasn’t even filled. It was missing a third and very obviously not full. When I politely asked if my coffee could be filled closer to the brim, as I paid $40, and come here regularly. I was met with a robotic copy-and-paste response, the worker then poured ONLY milk into my coffee to get it to the brim. I am a regular customer at this location. So being given a sob story why I can’t get another couple sips of coffee to salvage the Dunkin Donuts corporatation was a very petty move. And for that you get 1 star, food is great , minus 4 for the rude response after I told the workers to go ahead and take their time before getting to me (there was a line of cars to the road going thru drive thru)

  We live in walking distance from this location. Employees refused to open lobby during daylight hours. So my 6 year old and I walked back home to drive back to get Dunkin just to see people in the lobby.

  Lowkey starting to hate dunkin because they always have the lobby shut down by 5 and I don’t have a car for drive through it’s happening way too many times. So Starbucks here I came.

  Uhmmmm. Do we see the issue here. Y’all didn’t blend the ice up all the way. Lol. Pssshhhhhh. $6.33 drink an can’t even get the ice blended all the way.
