  Stopped by to grab donuts and other breakfast items on Mother's Day. The crew that was working at 9:30am was hustling; not one person was just standing there and all the workers that I interacted with greeted me with a genuine smile. All items were exactly as ordered in my app order and on the counter waiting for me to pick up. No wait. Super friendly staff.

  Unfortunately this is no longer a stop for me. As you can see my order is small cool. The issue was the 🍩 was given in a bag first when there where small boxes behind the cashier the whole time stacked up. Like To Lazy to reach for a box a few inches behind you. Then when asked to have them switched it took the coffee maker like 5 minutes to bring them back so NO NEVER ATE Them nor did i drink the coffee chiller. This store needs a change of staff. Nothing I will miss ✌️

  Management on FaceTime while taking orders, giving attitude towards employees. No one would be in the front but one or 2 people, while the rest is in the back talking inappropriately. Worst Dunkin ever.

  Dunkin' has been my breakfast spot since August of 2024. Although recently and specifically on yesterday, April 14, 2026 my order was incorrect. I don't eat pork and always get an egg and cheese sandwich with a large decaffeinated coffee. My order was correct on the screen and on my receipt but not in the bag. Imagine my surprise when I bit into bacon which had been placed on my egg and cheese sandwich. Also, there is no way my coffee was made according to my instructions (3 cream, 3 Splenda, and 1 pump mocha); It tasted bland. Also, customer service was nonexistent and the cashier working the drive thru windows at 7:am (pinkish, blonde hair) apparently does not know how to reply, when I said, "good morning" and "have a nice day." I might as well have been speaking to the door. Also, I attempted to call and speak to a manager twice. The line rang and was disconnected. I'm extremely disappointed in the food and service received on yesterday. Two stars for the cashiers with excellent customer service skills and prior orders completed correctly. Zero stars for the cashier and food on yesterday, April 14, 2026.

  I don't know what gives we came at 8:23 this morning the line was out on to Merrill for the drive-thru so to be safe we parked and tried to go inside I had my three kids toddler on my hip infant in other arm walk into the lobby and the girl proceeds to tell me that they're closed I said what she said we cannot have people in the lobby the lobby is closed you have to use the drive-thru line I explained to her that her app is not working for anyone as if it's shut down or being maintenance and that the line was dangerously out to the road. We were told to get in line being that I promised my kids Dunkin donuts we sat in the line for 48 minutes. Sitting here in the parking lot trying to eat our food and we see countless people being turned away from the front door. Y'all have lost so much money today and customers for life. When I did finally go through the drive-thru line the girl working the drive-thru window was mad as hell you could see it in her face. Then I watched her throw a bag of food at the register. It wasn't across the room but it was hard and it was my bag of food and I did not appreciate it. Then when she did give me the bag of food I was still missing food. She gave me that then said did you get hot chocolate I said yes. Continue to sit there she stares at me and said what else do you need I said my hot chocolate. I don't know what's going on with this place but we will not be back to experience it again
