I ordered $12 worth of stuff as a mobile order and when I arrive to pick it up they tell me their kitchen is down and they can’t make my order. I asked for a refund and they stared at me like I wasn’t speaking English. They said they can’t give me a refund and said come back anytime tomorrow and we will make it again for you. I go back today and tell them the situation and he says no we can’t make the order for you and no we can’t give you a refund our manager isn’t here. I don’t even live on this side or town but drove here because I felt like I had no other option since he refused a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service, Dunkin’ Donuts thinks it’s okay to steal $12 from their customers. I’ve gone to Dunkin for years but this seriously rubbed me the wrong way I can’t believe they would treat their customers like this. Disgusting attitude all around. Please make this right
