He always has a smile on his face and makes the effort to ask how you are doing. That's refreshing 🙂, most associates don't do that.

I returned to the store and I spoke to smae girl and said I ordered croissant and she quickly responded that she definitely heard English muffin. Curiously those words r quite different. Whatever happened to making sure customer is happy. Mistakes happen so would have respected an apology and let us fix that versus the justification.
