- JBJessica de BeerSep 30, 20261.0Slowest ever and they aren’t friendly the two times I’ve tried this location. No sense of urgency that people are trying to go to work… multiple people standing around or doing things that can wait until traffic in the drive thru or store slow down.
- DBduda bakkarSep 9, 20261.0I’ve been going to this dunkin for 10 years but sometime in these past few months, they hired this chubby short lady with messy and greasy hair always in a messy bun. EVERY TIME I GO, she makes my drink NEVER taste like the flavor I get (it just tastes like a regular iced coffee without flavor). The same thing happened this time - I went yesterday and ordered a pumpkin spice latte. She gave it to me and it didn’t taste anything like pumpkin. So I nicely asked her if she could add pumpkin syrup/cream or anything that would make it taste like pumpkin since it’s called a pumpkin spice latte. She said she couldn’t do it and there would be an up charge. Every other Dunkin I go to (including this one but with a different worker) lets me add caramel/syrup/cold foam/vanilla/whatever I want for free without any up charges. I also searched it up after I got home and google told me that these add ons should be free!!! I didn’t like her attitude and told her it’s fine, I’ll just drink it without the pumpkin flavor. Later on, I asked another very nice male worker if he could add pumpkin syrup to it. He said yes (like any other dunkin worker I go to says) so I started to take my lid off for him to add it. She IMMEDIATELY YELLED at me from across the store saying “you’re not allowed to do that, that’s not free, that would be extra, and I already told you no”. The service from her was TERRIBLE and she treats my sister and I like this every time we come in. She refuses to add anything in our drinks, even though she makes it NEVER taste like that flavor of the drink. EVERY OTHER WORKER at this Dunkin and OTHER Dunkins in Jax let my siblings and I add whatever we want without a problem. Keep in mind, I only wanted ONE tiny little shot of pumpkin syrup or anything that would make the drink actually taste like pumpkin. IVE ALSO GOTTEN ADD-ONS LIKE SYRUP AND CARAMEL FOR FREE FROM THIS LOCATION BEFORE (but not from her). She treats me and my sister like this all the time and I haven’t said anything about it until now. Every other worker at this location (especially the male workers) are very nice and friendly, except for her. She’s very rude and the service here was terrible. I’ve seen someone on here complain about her too. Please fire her immediately.

The short lady chubby woman gave us the stink eye as soon as we walked in the door. She looked miserable, when my mother had them remake her Frozen Carmel mocha coffee, she rolled her eyes at my mother but remade her drink. she had an attitude the as soon as my group can into the store. That is very bad customer service. All because my mother asked her kindly to remake her drink because it tastes a maple syrup.
