    Don't order from here , the employees especially manager doesn't know their own menu . I walked for a carry out they said they don't do that ,when the website states it does . Completely bad service.

    Re: Domino’s Store #3846 Date: 5/29/2026 Time: 12:25 PM Can we agree that “Customer Service” is one of the primary factors the drives the success of a business? If so this location and its’ lone associate have failed miserably. I ordered a pizza online today and when I arriver I could clearly see my name on the receipt protruding from the box in the ready heater. The associate came out from the back after a few moments, at which time I greeter her and stated I was picking up the pizza for Michael up top. Her response was quite curt, “I be wit you in a moment.” At which point she proceeded to begin preparing another pizza. When she completed that task she passed by me a second time, and headed to the oven to retrieve a item and place it on the counter, I then asked if I could have my pizza, once again and this time with an extra dose of rudeness, “I am the only one here” and she continued to box up that order. Well after a five-minute wait from the time I entered the business I finally got my pizza. Well, I am done with this establishment. There are too many other comparable pizza shops within a mile or two where hopefully I will not encounter this type of service. This associate is not an asset to your company, but if you remove the LAST TWO letters from the ASSET, you will find her description.

    I placed and ordered on 5/17/26 for wings, pizza and a 2 liter sprite. When the delivery driver arrived she told me that they do not have any sprite and she said that she wrote a $5 credit for me on my next purchase. I told her that I do not order pizza like that so that credit is no good for me. Can you just give me my money back for the drink? She said they do not do that. So I called the store and the guy stated the same thing granite. I called the store before she even made it to my house to make the delivery because I was wondering why I was taking so long and he never told me they do not have any sprite. That’s very bad Customer Service

    Went inside to pay for my order only to be told they would not take a $50. I didn't have anything smaller. Will NEVER be back to ANY location again. Sorry not sorry. Lost a lifetime customer when I've never had an issue before tonight.
