I ordered a pizza for delivery that had no sauce and it was hard. Called back and asked for a remake. I was told it would be redelivered and it would take 30 minutes. A hour passes by and still no pizza. I call back, get the run around and was told the pizza was delivered. Unbeknownst to me the driver put the pizza on the ground outside in 30 degree weather. Didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door. He didn’t even walk in the path of the ring camera for it to pick up that someone was at the door. I called back and asked for the store manager. I was told they can’t provide the store managers name and he’s not available until Friday. A man picks up the phone after I’ve been talking to the assistant manager Rose this entire time and he says he’s the store manager I ask what’s his name, he says I can’t give you that. It’s like high school kids playing on the phone. No accountability, bad customer service, horrible drivers. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.
