- JNJG NJul 3, 20261.0This location somehow ALWAYS finds new ways to disappoint. I'm not kidding, ether - nor exaggerating. Truly, about 9 out of 10 times I drive way out of my way just to go to a further Dominos location, because I already know what to expect here. Today, however, I was busy preparing for 4th of July, so decided to get my order from here. The boneless chicken: Do you know when you buy let's say frozen chicken in a bag, and in the bag you always get those really small lumps of just batter with no actual chicken. I received TWO of those as part as my "8-piece" order. Im talking about the size that no one in their right mind would cound as a piece. Then the Philly cheesesteak: I am not kidding. They didnt even put meat on one side of it. All cheese and green peppers, literally no meat. Notice I didnt say "little meat", I said NO MEAT. Third and last thing I ordered was a pizza. Althought I should call it pizza. I should call it dough with toppings. I dont understand how this location, for a couple of years, have been so consistently awful without any accountability from the chain. Awful. Just awful. I hope anyone trying Domino's for the first time doesnt try this location, because they'd do the brand a disservice.

Ok I’ll cut myself, the underside of slice was almost black. It looked like a cardboard box, I was missing toppings, I asked very light sauce, nope was saturated. It had some sort spices on crust ( I asked for none) the bacon pieces were in chunks but sooo cooked they were square rocks. I threw away entire pizza such a huge bummer. I tried calling store but just rings and rings. I just was curious if we could get a remade or something. My garlic bread bites, were dry dry dry , normally tasty and buttery . Think I got bad luck timing tonight. My delivery Angela was sweet as pie, I shoulda maybe peeked before I accepted and she left.

I had to call 3 other dominoes to get one very wonderful manager to answer and call this manager to answer the phone. I actually had to insist that "Tony" not yell across the restaurant to an employee and was told " do you want your food made.. we are busy and the app is down and you will receive it whenever and I don't have a delivery time" I will do every I can to make sure this manager is held accountable. I also have emails and screen shots of confirmation of delivery and bank statement being sent to corporate.
