Ordered delivery and did not come after over an hour and 30 minutes I canceled. Edited: 08/18/26 The manager contacted me after a few days and apologized for my order/delivery experience. I updated this review as I think that should be considered and shows that they do care about their services and maybe this was a one off situation.

Unfortunately this will be my last time ordering here. LONG time fan but recently they have gone down hill in a big way. From forgetting items to an hour and half delivery times. my advice would be to pick up the pizza yourself. I hope new management gets in there and gets things in order.

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for years, and that’s exactly why this review is so disappointing to write. My experiences have almost always been positive. The only issue I’ve had before was on my daughter’s birthday when they forgot the buffalo drizzle on my pizza. Other than that, they’ve always done a great job, which is why last night’s experience caught me completely off guard. My daughters ordered an Italian sub and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub, and both of their meals were perfectly fine. The garlic knots were also good. My order, however, was not. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, and the first thing my daughters said when they saw it was, “Why is your sub so short?” As you can see in the photos, the original sub (left) was noticeably smaller than the replacement (right). It was also so hard that it was almost impossible to bite into. My buffalo chicken bites looked like they hadn’t been prepared correctly and barely had any buffalo sauce on them. The difference between the original order and the remake is obvious in the pictures. I called the store and politely explained the situation. I asked if they could remake my order since I hadn’t touched it and they were welcome to take the original order back. She responded by asking if I wanted it remade…which was literally what I had just requested. Before I could even ask if she had my address or knew which order I was referring to, she hung up on me. It had already taken about six minutes for someone to answer my first call, so I called back. This time it took another 10 minutes to reach someone. I actually tried to keep the conversation light because, at the end of the day, this person was handling my food. I even laughed and said, “Hey, before I could even ask if you had my address, you had already hung up on me.” Instead of apologizing, she sarcastically replied, “We have caller ID.” That’s when I asked, “Are you okay?” because I genuinely didn’t understand why she was speaking to me that way. She replied, “I’m great.” I said, “Are you sure?” because the tone she was using definitely didn’t match someone who was “great.” At no point did she apologize for hanging up on me or for the condition of my food. She simply told me my replacement order would take about an hour. Ironically, it arrived in about 30 minutes. When the replacement order arrived, I was already standing outside waiting because I saw the driver coming down my street. I was waving so he could see me, and he still drove right past my house before eventually turning around. Again, no apology. One thing I learned last night is that you can actually click on each step in the Domino’s Tracker. When I clicked on “Making Your Order,” it showed the name of the person preparing my food. That’s how I found out Madison prepared both my original order and the replacement. I later found out that Madison is also the manager. To be honest, that made the experience even more disappointing because I expect a manager to set the standard for customer service, not contribute to the problem. I will still be following up with the store because my concern isn’t simply that my food had to be remade. Mistakes happen. Food can always be remade. My issue is the way I was treated. Hanging up on a customer, responding with sarcasm, and refusing to offer even a simple apology is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Ironically, I usually have the sweetest delivery driver named Mona. She even used to deliver to me at my old apartment. She’s always pleasant, always smiling, and always goes above and beyond. One time they forgot my soda, and she actually offered to stop by a convenience store and buy one for me herself. Of course I told her she didn’t have to, but that’s just the kind of person she is. Employees like Mona are the reason I’ve continued ordering from this location for years. The food on the left is what I originally received. The food on the right is what was remade. The difference speaks for itself.

so I always order the same thing from dominos the last 6 years... I've been ordering dominos since I was a kid since 1995 to be exact. long story short every time that I ordered the same thing I order a chicken and bacon ranch baked sandwich and I'll order a medium pepperoni pizza with black olives., and every time there's no ranch on the sandwich... and then today I didn't get any black olives on my pepperoni and black olives Pizza.... do not order from this location I'm sick and tired of ordering from this place and they never get it right as simple as it is... honestly I think it's intentional... it's literally hit or miss except 25% of the time they get it right and the rest of the time they get it wrong do what you wish with the information. also I don't know why that I get the place off of Beach boulevard as my delivery location when I live off of Arlington expressway in the Arlington location is literally a mile and a half away?? is there a way I can fix this the Arlington location is way better I would rather have their food any day of the week than the Beach boulevard location.. I would also like to say that the delivery had nothing to do with this. this is all the kitchen and Management's fault... the fact that ranch wasn't on my sandwich, and no black olives on my pizza doesn't have anything to do with my delivery driver delivery was on time in the rain so make sure that y'all give them the tip that I gave them
