The bread you couldn’t even bite into it. There was nothing on it. Hardly there was burnt stuff just thrown all over the box and all over the sandwiches. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog and when I called the store to let them know about it, the guy gave me all the excuses in the world how they changed their bread supply, and that could be the reason and all he could do is advise me not to order it anymore. That is extremely poor customer service I could have brought the sandwiches back up there he could’ve offered to remake them. I didn’t care about the refund. I wanted the sandwich. They were not willing to help me whatsoever. I would definitely under no circumstance order from here again and highly recommend anybody else too. I understand people make mistakes, but the way they dealt with it also made it an extremely bad experience

I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesy bread, when it arrived the box was crushed, the cheese was stuck to the top and the driver tried to hurry away before I would notice but I said to hold on and checked in front of them. all the cheese was stuck to the box so upon opening it the cheese came off the entire pizza. I tried to send it back and she said to call the store, which is kinda ridiculous considering the cheese wasnt even on the pizza because she got the box crushed, and it wasn’t even lukewarm because according to her she had 3 deliveries before me. I sent it back with her and waited an hour and 30 minutes for a remake, just for the remake to be even colder than the first one, only the box wasn’t crushed. I would’ve sent this back if my girlfriend wasn’t so hungry, she was waiting 2 and a half hours for the poorest dominos experience of our life. probably gonna give corporate a call, waiting 2 and a half hours for cold pizza is ridiculous
