Tried calling to question why my order shows delivered yet I have no order. Someone answered the phone, advised me that they were closed asked when I placed my order. I advised the order was placed at 9:30 pm and it shows in the app it was delivered at 9:55pm but I have no pizza. The person placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, came back to the line and hung up. I tried calling back multiple times yet no one answered.

I wonder if they are reading the online order in black and white as they make the pizza or is it like a game of telephone. The store has 3 other people that had ordered and he explain that my issue is not his concern that everyone wanted the same special and I should wait. Advised that the app notified me that the pizza was ready and this was the reason for my prompt timing. When asked the manager name he refused and stated that his name is not important and stated that he was going to cancel the order again and moved towards the computer screen and gesture to cancel. I advised that I work from home and on a short window of time... Still no name and 10 minutes later still no pizza. Manager proceeded to call other manger ot his owner and deflect the issue.
