  Juliana was wonderful. We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s, and she made it even better! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She had such a positive attitude, was wonderful with our family, and kept everything running smoothly even though the restaurant was busy. Great service can really make a difference, and she absolutely did. Thank you for helping make our visit so enjoyable! We hope to have you again the next time we’re here!

  Renee was amazing she helped me deal with my daughter who is AST too, which is in the autism spectrum and she was there to God my daughter she was there to help me as well with everything. I truly believe that there’s only a certain type of people who can deal with AST type of children or adult adults, but she just did it so easily and so effortlessly that my heart will always be here. I would recommend anybody to come see her because if you have an ASD child bring them to her because she knows how to calm our kids down most people don’t know how to. Food was amazing. There’s a lot of people that are amazing that she truly helped my child more than anything and it’s hard going anywhere with an AST child. I highly recommend her as she needs a raise of anything because people don’t know how to deal with children or not spectrum or even in general on my child is AST too, which is hard and has mixed receptive language disorder after getting ran over by a golf cart couple years ago So I applaud her for making my child and she’s five years old. Feel happy and comfortable.

  Great place! The Play and Eat Combo was amazing and came with a large portion of food. I really wanted to give 5 stars to our waiter though. He was absolutely amazing! Anticipated our needs before we asked, made suggestions that were honest and thorough, and was able to deliver 5star customer service. Just an absolutely amazing person that really cares for his customers. Thank you Austin for taking such great care of us!!!!

  I love the games and atmosphere but the service was terrible!! First of all, the hostess sat us at a table, we left for a few moments to take the kids to play games and she sat other people there. When we returned, we were told we could just sit at another table!! Once we got our food and drinks, the server really didn't come back to check on us. The food was tasty and the games are so fun but the service, at least that night, was sorely lacking! I understand they get busy but really in the area where we were sitting, it wasn't that crowded.

  If you haven't taken your people to Dave & Buster's at St. Johns Town Center yet, you are seriously missing out on one of the best "all ages welcome" experiences Jacksonville has to offer. This place is the rare gem where the kids are absolutely thrilled AND the adults are just as locked in — and trust me, that combination is harder to find than you think. Racing simulators, prize games, great food, a full bar, and TVs everywhere showing the game. Whether you show up with a group of little ones who want to win big stuffed animals or a crew of adults who want to blow off steam and grab drinks, Dave & Buster's delivers every single time. As someone who loves connecting people to the best of Northeast Florida, this spot earns a permanent spot on my "You need to try this" list.
