Came in on Oct. 17 around 5:15pm with a party of 11 to celebrate my nephews 6th birthday. Started off ok but during the food ordering process I was never asked for my order by the waitress or even acknowledged past a spirits drink order I put in. This was also noticed by other people with us as well. I was going to for the $55 unlimited play with an entree and planned to have another drink but after the initial service I received, I decided against it. Don’t plan on visiting this location again.

I give Matthew a 5 star review he at closing time went and got my plushy from the top shelf just because I thought that one looked better ( because it did😂) actual dave n busters has definitely gone down hill though the same games all old and busted down it looks empty in there like a lot of games have been removed but not refunished with any new games. Dave n busters is just getting old they need new games !

I asked for a table for 2, the hostess said they didn't have that avaliable because of the crowd. Me and my partner went to the bar, the bartender was rude and nonchalant so we ended up getting a table with a waitress and she also had an attitude, never came back to check on us, had no drink refills done so we ate our food thirsty. The bartender came and slapped the bill on the table and I couldn't even ask if they could do a military discount until he came back. Look.. me and my partner are VERY generous tippers, but with service so poor, there was no way. This food is not bad but the people working here is damaging this place's reputation as a whole. The games were taking our money as well. We will not be back here!

It’s sad when you think about how amazing this place could be if it wasn’t run so poorly. Bad selection of machines, the popular ones are always busy or broken, food is overpriced trash and the deals are difficult to claim, never enough bartenders when they’re busy, everyone who works there seems miserable and angry. Just mismanaged at every level.

The food here is not good! Preferred the pretzel dog appetizer. Besides the HAIR in it, the pretzel was soggy and the dog tasted old and was dry. The wings weren't any better. They won't give you 2 flavors for whatever reason, the wings weren't crispy like I ordered them. The fries were room temperature. There was not part of this dining experience that was enjoyable. Oh and another guest in our party had wings also served with a HAIR! when we called the manager over all his bald headed self said was 'well it isn't mine' the server was nice but kept forgetting things. I like the TV's so they did that right💁🏾‍♀️
