  False advertising at its finest. This location promoted the UFC 328 special online and through text messages, but when we arrived they refused to honor it. Completely unacceptable. we wasted our time based on misleading advertising. The manager Mohamed came over yelling at our table and saying there was nothing he could do and then got so frustrated at us that he walked away mid conversation! Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I definitely won't trust future promotions from this location again.

  Not going to lie, initially we went in and was very flustered. However two team members of Anthony and Renoa (working the bar) went above and beyond to give amazing service. Anthony did not just help us with menu selection, but also in navigation of the website. Renoa is also a force, in the time we were there she did not stop making drinks. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about the company, and displayed excellent leadership and decision making skills. I will be returning to this location specifically because of the service of these too staff members.

  This place is a blast! I went with my husband and our kids for Mothers Day today and had a fantastic time, thanks to Shawn. We started in the restaurant, our waitress was great, super attentive and did not rush us at any point and the food was fantastic. After enjoying our meals, we went over to the arcade area and spent a good 2.5 hours there before we even realized it! Shawn, from tech maintenance was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was super helpful in fixing two games for us, aided in getting someone to help us at the human claw machine AND we noticed he kept an eye out at all times to see if anyone needed help! What a great guy! Thank you for being so helpful!

  Recieved a text message about a great deal for the upcoming fight for unlimited wings and games for 25 a person. I tried calling in advance early in the day to confirm the deal but the phone at the location went to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. Drove 40 minutes to the location with my wife my 2 yr old and 5 month old and confirmed the deal exists and they will honor at the location but only if I have the qr code in my email which was not linked to my account. This is mentioned nowhere on the text I recieved or online and they do not answer their phones. I call the corporate line who says they cannot resend the code after i validated my email but to ask the manager at the location if there is something they can do on their end The manager says there is nothing he can do and said the gm says the same. Super frustrating that they cannot honor deals or anything. Had previously rented out the private room for our wedding and had a great experience so enjoy the location and games just extremely frustrating they cannot honor a deal. Staff is nice, food and games are good but a manager saying that a deal that is available and you could have if you had a qr code and without it there's nothing can be done rubs me the wrong way especially after having spent 2750 on a private event at this location previously

  I recently dined here and overall had a good experience with the food and atmosphere. The venue is large and has a great vibe. My server, Brice, was friendly and mentioned he was in training. The food was excellent—I ordered the 10 oz sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and added a half rack of ribs, and everything tasted great. I also tried a few cocktails (Pink Margarita, Hennessy Strawberry Nirvana, and Dangerous Waters), which were enjoyable but on the sweeter side. Service felt a bit unusual at times. I was asked multiple times if I was dining alone, including by a manager before my food arrived. I also had two separate manager check-ins before I had fully started my meal, which felt a bit excessive and slightly uncomfortable. Overall, the food and atmosphere were strong, but the service approach could be more natural and less repetitive.
