    The food is usually good. The service is hit or miss. The app never works to order food. I bought a new phone recently and I tried it again. Not to my surprise it will not work. Sometimes that app won't open or will close out in the middle of my placing the order. Every time but once when I tired it the app to complete my payment the app gives an error on check out. At least give a coupon code . The location I stop at says there bar code scanner will not work how convenient. All the money they make and they can't have working equipment. Instead of giving me my free reward in which the worker clearly seen I was entitled to.They should have just gave it to me for free.And then I could have went elsewhere to try to redeem my points due to it.Not being my fault , your system don't work.

    This DR'S are all the same KS,MO&FL they are all slow and the on New Kings Ave have no ice cream what kinda DQ is this ridiculous

    So I come in here tonight with my family for some food and ice cream and we found out that they shut the grill down over an hour before closing time. They close at 11 per the hours and yet they were locking the doors at 1007? Also getting an attitude for saying something about it. She said well she already shut the grill down so there's nothing I can do about it. Wouldn't have been an issue if there wasn't an attitude given. This is showing laziness and unprofessional

    8:30pm drive thru only and kitchen closed. Ice cream only and they close at 10pm. Such a joke
