  Ordered online and was ready for pickup by 6:50pm. I sat in line for 45 minutes waiting in the same spot as when I arrived. Anytime anything nice comes to this part of Jax, it's a sham. So i left and called corporate for a refund and they even let the higher ups know about the status of this franchise. Ill come back when they get themselves together and start acting like the other Chipotle's in the area.

  I visited yesterday during the lunch rush and I had a good experience. The place was very clean when I was there contrary to some other reviews. Everything seemed to be in stock. The workers were especially friendly & helpful. The food was good, I got a chicken & rice bowl which was perfect, but the queso was off. It was super watery! The chips were very good though. I saw some reviews complaining of stale chips but that wasn’t my experience yesterday. I only took off a star for the queso, usually the chipotle queso is decent but I must’ve got a bad batch yesterday. Overall I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the workers, the clean restaurant & bathrooms, the chicken & rice bowl, and the chips! A tip, if you do an in-store mobile order like I did, you have to ask the cashier to grab it for you from the back. They don’t actually place the orders on the grab & go shelf up front due to incidents of people stealing mobile orders that don’t belong to them. It might be best to pick up your mobile order in the drive thru instead.

  Was very disappointed with how my bowl came out when I went up to this location. Was a waste of money. The lady who made my bowl just threw it together not caring how she did it. It’s sloppy and it’s the worst bowl I have ever gotten. I wish I never would have even spent money on the bowl. With how it looks it doesn’t even make me want to eat it. Tried adding a picture of how my bowl came out because this is unacceptable.

  Why is this new Chipotle so dirty? The floors, the tables, the condiment area near the soda machine. Everytime i come in there it looks like a disaster hit. And the food line is not being kept clean either. Also, the food cannot be kept up to temperature because my meat has not been warm the last few times. Please corporate come visit this place ASAP!

  This is horrible, order was placed around 6:40 said food would be ready at 7:10 to pick up in drive thru, mind you I made the order while at the location because the line inside was long and the wait was already bad…. So why not place order online…. It’s 8:03pm and I’m just pulling up to the window and this is ridiculous no one has came to the window to acknowledge us and I spent over $50 and 5mins later have someone come to the window apologize because they are short staffed and to have this been offered a free soda and at this point I’m ready to go! My 1st time ever ordering or eating here and it has been a bad experience I hope the food is horrible like my experience today!
