  This is my second time coming to this Chipotle. Honestly I prefer the Airport. That said I always go inside to make sure my order is correct. First time I ordered Chicken and Steak. I asked for black beans but she put kidney beans over rice. When corrected she slung the bowl into trash. I just looked at her but she remade it . Today 10/9/26 girl was to busy flirting with co-worker. She made him a huge burrito couldn't even wrap it plus I guess he got half of my Pollo Asado chicken because it was only half a spoonful if that in my bowl. I asked her about it she stated for double portion $3 more. I stayed calm and declined but WILL NEVER go to this location again!!! Chipotle you got to do better with your employees! This is ridiculous. These kids are wasting people time and money!!!

  While I usually get food from this location and go home, the customer service I received today was so spectacular that I wanted to leave a review! I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce and my server was Marissa/Marisa. She was very attentive with my and my sisters order, let us know about the new products they served, and was very kind while doing her job. Shout-out to Marissa/Marisa for the top-tier customer service and as well as Hatsune Miku (I don't know her true name, but she should know who this is). The workers here are amazing and what makes me come back to this location specifically. Keep up the good work!

  Waited for a long time no one seemed excited to be there. It wasn't crowded and the perdon who prepped the bowl just used her hand to add rice and other ingredients. Maybe if ordered thru the app would be better service. 🤔

  When we picked up our order, we asked for a drink tray, only to be told by the person who identified themself as the general manager that Chipotle doesnt have drink trays and never has. We have received them from this location and other locations in the past. ​Then we got home, and all three kids' meals were wrong: ​One was supposed to be a steak quesadilla meal. It was just a soft shell taco with unmelted cheese, and steak in one of the holes in the box. ​Meals two and three were supposed to be build your own taco meals. They were also just single taco shells with unmelted cheese. ​All of the kids' meals were completely wrong, and the staff was not friendly. This is not our first experience like this at this location. Last time they forgot 2 of our mails from the bag. Had to drive all the way back only for the manager to say well you have everything now right. We decided to give them a chance again. Things are so expensive these days it feels like business cant aford to loose customers by providin subpar food and service.

  FILTHY. I've visited this location twice and both times were TERRIBLE. The girl at the register was so rude and disrespectful. Not only to customers but to her coworkers. The poor girl taking orders (i think her name was tatiana) was so nice and i could tell was overwhelmed but the way the cashier spoke to her and the cook (i think his name was luke) was so disrespectful. In front of customers too, it was hard to watch. She was extremely rude to us and had the nastiest attitude. the little girl with the 1982 tattoo on her arm, or maybe 1992 couldnt really see, does NOT belong in any type of customer service position. They were also out of steak, corn, beans, chicken, white rice and chips. Being short staffed and out of food is understandable but the way this cashier was acting was extremely unacceptable. The drink area was flooded with water and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Got home with our food and it definitely did NOT taste like chipotle. VERY bland. small portions due to not having any much food left.
