At 11 in 40 minutes with no food or anything. Asked if drive through window had anything just heard a laugh from the back and someone say "nope!"

Not changing gloves between cleaning and serving is unsanitary. "Running out" of key items at 8:30pm when you close at 11pm is either a lie or poor planning. The staff rarely works together to keep the line going.

And the ice machine was flooding the entire drink station area, and the trash was overflowing, granted they had a caution sign there for the ice, but still it was very unkept. The staff was very nice to me and other guests but, the lack of cleanliness of the lobby and the way my order seemed to be rushed with the extra corn missing was uncool.
