  It's Chipotle, so you get Chipotle food. It's good food done fast. Service here is great. They get me out in less than 5 minutes each time.

  I visited your restaurant after church and ordered my meal. While I was waiting, a homeless man came in and politely asked if I would purchase him a drink. I agreed without hesitation. As I was helping him, an employee named Kristina, who appeared to be on her break and eating her own meal, repeatedly watched him in a way that made him seem unwelcome. To avoid any confusion or disruption, I told the gentleman that I would pay for his drink and food and asked him to wait outside while I completed the purchase. Despite this, Kristina involved herself in the transaction. I explained to her that I would be paying for his items, but she continued to direct the cashier and instructed him to charge me for two drinks. The homeless gentleman had only requested one drink, and I had already placed the drink I was purchasing on the counter to make that clear. The cashier became confused because I was explaining one thing while Kristina, who was not assisting with the transaction, was saying something different. What disappointed me most was not the confusion—it was the lack of compassion shown toward someone in need. I felt that the gentleman was treated with judgment rather than dignity. I also felt uncomfortable and embarrassed, as though I had done something wrong by choosing to help another person. Acts of kindness should never be discouraged. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their circumstances, and customers should be able to make their own decisions about helping others without unnecessary interference. I hope Chipotle will use this as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of empathy, professionalism, and excellent customer service with its employees. A little compassion can make a meaningful difference in someone's day, and I believe your team should reflect those values. Because of your employees actions, I left the food and only purchased the poppy drink for the homeless man. I hope that was worth it.

  ridiculous how I was treated by the staff, i went in didnt know it was almost closing time, but they were still open, if you dont want to serve me just let me know and i can take my business somewhere else, so rude they just filled my bowl up and they had already put the hot sauce away and told me if in wanted hot sauce theirs only the tabasco on the counter i regret paying i shouldve just left left than being treated that way. worst hospitality ever response- No thank you, id rather take my business somewhere else

  Went here on a Friday night and they ran out of lettuce, chicken, rice, and beans. Asked if they would restock and they said they ran out of supplies. A restaurant should be prepared for the Friday night rush and have at a bare minimum the main ingredients for a burrito bowl. Ridiculous!

  This location completely screwed our company over and failed to fulfill an order for 25 box lunches. The order was placed a week ago and confirmed. They failed to show up on time, didn't have anything ready for the first delivery driver (who left), the manager refused to talk to us, the second driver was told they could not fulfill the order because they didn't have enough food...(and hour + after the order was promised). This caused a major disruption to the training being conducted. They then gave us a hard time when a total refund was requested. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Do not order catering from this location! I will never order catering for any of our events from any Chipotle ever again. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, zero stars was not an option.
