  Had plans to grab some chipotle after work Clearly that didn’t happen as im now giving a bad review. Stood there for 10 mins while the lady sees a long line and doesn’t tell the cook she needs anything until legit last minute. The food on the line was completely messy & looked unsanitary. There was literally NO MEATS on line nor even queso. Meanwhile the cook just standing there looking clueless. I can say this location seems unprofessional and just completely out of order. Do better for your customers, your location doesn’t close until another 2 hours yet you guys had no food ready. OH!! And to top it off, no white rice and telling people it’ll be 45 min Wait. My thing is, if you don’t know how to run a business or work for one, then why are you there ? Wish I could’ve taken some pics.. disappointed

  This is my first food review, and I will say this is worth writing. This is one of the worst Chipotle’s in the country, and it’s not due to staff but more so the lack of it. The owner clearly doesn’t hire enough people, demonstrated by the fact I saw a worker scream profanities about being understaffed, apologize to me, and then say he was going to quit after his shift while I was in literally in the line. Every time I come to this place it’s severely understaffed, and they even ran out of FOOD one time. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF FOOD AT A CHAIN RESTAURANT??? Whoever is the owner is clearly one of the most incompetent franchise owners of all time and needs to figure out another business to invest in. Safe yourself time and go to the many other chain fast food places near by.

  Who is managing this location? I'm all for employees having a good time, but not at the expense of long lines, poor service, and unavailable items (including but not limited to: white rice, black beans, all the fresh squeezed juices, and even the Mr. Pibb.) Chipotle once had a reputation for clean food in a clean environment. This location is not living up to the standard and the staff today did not seem to care. I come here often. Today's experience warranted a review so that hopefully management and staff get a clue and a sense of urgency!

  As of 10JUN26, I think they may have gotten new staff and their experienced staff have cycled out or something. Or at least the process has slowed down tremendously compared to a few months ago and before. Mind you, I literally go to this location almost everyday for lunch on work days. Lines have been backed up and moves around 1110. Ordering on the app doesn’t help a lot either—my order took way longer than the requested time. Staff in general are nice. Current staff seem to be in a good mood even though they’re doing their best. If time is of the essence, then you may need to skip this location. Otherwise you’re going to be there for a minute around 11am-12pm Additionally, the parking directly outside their building can be a madhouse during lunch hours. Due to the fact Chik-fil-a’s line can be back up through the parking lot making getting in or out of a spot a pain to even a halt. 😌 But it isn’t the end of the world here so either be patient or move on

  This branch is going from bad to worse; I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for my order, and the worst part is that no one seems to care—the employees are completely unbothered. It’s not just me, of course; there are over seven people waiting for orders. They’re fulfilling orders for people who aren't even here and just piling up the bags—you have to wonder if they’re doing it on purpose. Meanwhile, the cook is eating behind the counter pillar, without a care in the world.
