  I don’t normally write Google reviews because I generally believe that receiving what you ordered does not require a written historical record. However, what happened at this Chipotle drive-thru deserves to be documented. I pulled into the drive-thru and there was nobody there. Not “one car ahead of me.” Not “a short line.” ZERO CARS. For a moment, I thought the restaurant was closed. It wasn’t. Apparently, through some incredible combination of timing, probability, and divine intervention, every other person in the area had collectively decided not to get Chipotle at the exact moment I did. I drove directly to the window like I had purchased some sort of Chipotle VIP FastPass. My order was already ready. No waiting. No confusion. Nobody asking my name three times. Nobody disappearing into the restaurant for five minutes. I arrived. They handed me the bag. The food was hot. I left. The entire process was so unbelievably smooth that I genuinely don’t know how it could have been faster. Any additional improvement would require an employee to stand alongside the road and throw the bag through my passenger window while I drove past at 35 mph. There are Fortune 500 companies currently paying consultants millions of dollars to achieve less operational efficiency than I witnessed during these approximately 60 seconds. To management: whatever you’re doing, don’t touch it. Don’t schedule a meeting. Don’t form a committee. Do NOT create a PowerPoint titled “Drive-Thru Optimization Strategy.” Just keep doing this. Five stars. And a special thank you to every person in the surrounding area who decided not to use the drive-thru at the same time as me. Your absence was instrumental to this experience and will not be forgotten. UPDATE: Forgot my sour cream and not enough chicken. 3 stars.

  Came in after work wait time was very fast with only one person making all orders that was a plus for me. Made it to the front and the gentleman that helped me was so nice and namde sure every order was made right.

  Very disappointed, I asked if the honey was spicy they stated not at all. However it was so spicy, money down the drain. I had to ask for code to use restroom the gentleman was SO rude when asking like I'm supposed to magically know what it was! I've never felt so unwelcomed at an establishment! The customer service was horrible and purchased a meal that was $15 and couldn't even eat it due to the spicy chicken

  Service at this establishment was horrible. I stood there waiting for someone to at least acknowledge my presence and stood there waiting to place an order. I understand being busy but if you see a customer standing you let them know. I’ll be right with you.They continued on doing whatever they were doing mopping and whatever else.. Then the man Who rang up my bowl was unaware of the free drink included the new soda and was just rude and did not show Excellent customer service that Chipotle would be proud of. Wish I could’ve gotten a name.

  I was there today at 10:25 I was waiting in the line after five minutes, waiting in the line the guy on the counter he said he don’t have white rice to serve for the customer . and the shop close at 11 after that, there was one customer front of me he asked for the chicken with the sauce. I don’t know what they call it. He was not having it too. He go to the table behind him and take from the table and he finished with the customer after that what’s my time to make my order I ask him can I have white rice? You tell me we don’t have any at an invite? You have it on the table behind you you can grab from that table to. He told me I tell you. And the time he was waiting in the line, we don’t have white rice. The table behind me is only for people ordering online. And I was waiting in the line like for 5-10 minutes and I am a customer but I would like to do my altar here. I don’t need to do it online. After that, he go. And turn off the music in the shop and he come back. And say in a high voice, we don’t have white rice we only have a brown rice. For all customers. After the hit me right now how can I help you you brown rice or no? I tell him no I need white rice from the table behind you. He told me no I cannot help you. After that, I tell him I need to speak with a manager he to tell me I am the manager and I cannot help you with nothing I ask him for the corporate number he tell me I don’t know what I tell him. I need to file a complaint on it. He gave me the shop number he told me this is the corporate number you can call that number when I called that number. It was same shop I was in. Basically, he need me to call the shop and he will do the answer. Like why the manager over there he didn’t know how to manage the stock like you still have 35 minute till closing, you cannot know what stuff you need for serving customer at night? And why he treats some other customers special than the other customers.
