  This location specifically SUCKS. It’s always something that’s out of order, out of stock, short staffed, today we go in and you could only order online…….. no explanation just “order online” with extra attitude. We just turned around and left, I’m never going back.

  Food spilled all over the entire serving area. Food spilling into other food. All tables were dirty. Floor dirty. No forks. Trays half empty or no food in the trays. Napkin section unstocked with trash everywhere.

  The guy working there on 04/30/26 at 3:15 pm does not know his portions and should be retrained accordingly, he literally put 7 small cubes of chicken into my bowl with half the amount of rice that should've been given and then proceeded to have the nerve to tell me he gave me a standard portion of chicken when i asked for a bit more, so i ended up getting double meat. This is not my first bowl and I know how much chicken is in a portion. Also i got two big pieces of some unknown food that i never asked for in my bowl, the guy pays zero attention! I won't be coming back to this location

  This location should be shut down. After my experience that I have had and continued to have for over a month until I decided to just stop going there. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I kept going because I like to give establishments opportunities because sometimes people are having a bad day but it is clear as day that the employees here really actually TRY to make your experience horrible. It is as if it is their goal to be rude and not even greet you when you come in. It is too the point where you should roll back the cameras. Pick a day, any day I can promise you its the same. I mean look at the rest of the reviews. They are all the same complaints. The employees here should ALL BE FIRED and they need to hire a new crew because its disgusting the way these employees are treating people. Let me not mention the way the kid handled my food when I asked for Guac since they didnt have any up fromt. He started slamming my food into the container and then took my food to the Back where I cant see and came back with the Guac just slapped on. Last thing I want is your disgruntled employee taking my food to the back and then coming back to the front slamming it down on the counter and sliding it over to the Girl Julissa who was the cashier that day. She too has no home training and couldn't even open her mouth to say hello or anything. I actually had to wait for her and the other employees to finish their little gossip conversation. I will be reaching out to the BBB and after seeing all the other reviews I think News4Jax should know about this establishment so that they can warn and tell everyone to steer clear from this Chipotle location. Its a shame because there are people who really need a job but instead people like the ones in your establishment get to keep their jobs even after the several similar complaints from different customers. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves for letting this go on for so long. Its what this location is known for, and that says alot about management.

  Great service, delicious food, and with real ingredients - an increasingly rare find these days. Gavin was especially friendly and helpful and quickly helped us with our choices. Happily Recommended!
