When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged right away, which was okay but after the employees noticed me, the team member who was supposed to prepare my order stopped to scold one of the cooks about dirty knives that had been left lying around. At the same time, there was spilled food all over the serving counter, which didn't leave a great first impression. I was the only customer in the restaurant, but the employees seemed much more interested in returning to their conversation than providing good customer service. One employee prepared my food while another rang me up, but as soon as I swiped my card and reached for my bag, they turned away and immediately resumed talking to each other without so much as a "thank you" or "have a good day." Unfortunately, the experience got worse when I got home and found a long hair in one of the two bowls we ordered. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and finding a hair in our food, this was a very disappointing visit. I hope management addresses these issues because this location has the potential to do much better.

You can watch them prepare everything right in front of you, which makes a big difference compared to other fast food places. The staff moves the line quickly and never skimps on the portions when I ask for extra rice or salsa. For the price and quality, it beats just about every other lunch option out there.

Store is typically clean except the sticky floors next to soda machines cause everyone always overfills their drinks. I also do always find the utensils bins on the self serve area are always empty. It's just weird to go home and eat Chipotle with a metal fork.
