  Service tonight was excellent. Shoutout to Matt for being clean and taking pride in what he does. Matt made our night by filling our bowls after cleaning the WHOLE LINE himself and had a big smile on his face while doing so. Best experience I've had here in a very long time, and I frequent Chipotle often.

  Chipotle is Chipotle just about no matter where you go. The service is pretty good for the area and the atmosphere is adequate. I wouldn't go here for a date unless you are both from the Northside and understand where you are. Not to mention Tex/Mex is a brave choice for a date if you are still new in the relationship. I have never gotten anything below the corporate Chipotle standards and compared to other places close to this Chipotle the management is doing a good job.

  I come to this Chipotle pretty often, and I have to give a special shoutout to Matthew! He is hands down one of the best cooks here. Every time he’s working, the food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell that he takes pride in what he does, and the consistency is something I definitely notice as a regular customer. Great employees like Matthew are one of the reasons I keep coming back. He deserves to be recognized for the great job he does!

  The worst chipotle in all Jacksonville. This is literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, every single time. I have tried to come here on multiple different occasions. Once every few months when I decide to give it another chance, every time I end up waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and usually when I get to the front, they are out of most meats and rices. They are never stocked up on food, and the place is a mess with food all over the ground. Most customers in line usually leave during their wait time, or after getting to the front and being told there is almost no food left. This location is absolutely terrible. The employees were nice and apologize for the inconvenience so it is not their fault.

  Edit: to the Chipotle corporate staff who think gaslighting is the appropriate response, I'm attaching images showing just how much Chipotle customer service cares. #noresponse Read the reviews as people overwhelmingly have negative experiences here and corporate is aware of it and keeps acting surprised when someone complains. #proudignorance I really hate to do this. I've tried to be so incredibly understanding of all of the difficulties that businesses face in today's marketplace, but for the life of me, I can't understand why companies that are forward facing continually decide to just treat customers like crap. It's kind of hard to miss that. Chipotle has been getting some negative feedback about the quality and quantity of their food. Everything that people have said about small serving sizes. It is absolutely correct period but this last time comma something was different. When we picked up our two burritos ordered through the app, the bag was unusually heavy. So heavy that it reminded me of what it used to be like to buy from Chipotle a decade ago. Unfortunately, the excitement was short lived. Apparently, instead of the chicken burrito with queso and all the beautiful fresh ingredients that I had ordered to fill it up, we get a burrito literally filled with mushy rice that anyone's ancestors would weep over and so few other ingredients that they barely imparted any flavor on the mushy rice. We have gotten a lot of food that is average from here. And some that was truly disappointing, but we kept coming back. This last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. We will never again return to Chipotle. You're welcome for my sacrifices that have shortened the line for your other suckers ... I mean customers.
