- DGDana Gold4 days ago1.0This restaurant has HORRIBLE customer service and NO empathy for their customers. The managers are very rude. 17 people in line behind me and we've been waiting here for 40 mins. When customers started asking why employees are just standing around and not making the food the manager CAMMIE told us if we don't like it leave and go somewhere else. There was only 1 person working the line and the 2 managers on duty didn't care to help. The other manager wouldn't tell me her name and started to argue with me and cursed at me. Very Very Very rude. You should NEVER argue and be rude to a customer and they both were. One of them told me to clock in and come help. Something needs to be done about this!!!!!!!!! Also writing a letter to corporate.

They added corn with green salsa and chicken to the dish. It was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t want to place an order online again.

Just don’t care to even get customers in or out. Corporate needs to intervene and get this location under control or close it down!

They will literally drag their feet and walk extra slow from the back to the food line and move in slow motion to pick up a bowl and ask what you want in it. It’s ridiculous. Hire more go getters.
- DJdev jackAug 7, 20262.0Skymarks Chipoltle is never clean at the EVENING SHIFT!!EACH AND EVERY TIME I go this is what customers see: Food prep station NEVER wiped, the drink station hardly ever refreshed or stocked or wiped up, the trash behind the register is always overflowing, floor filthy, and the tables are often un wiped. I can only image what goes on behind the scenes. Every employee I ask about this says , oh I’m from the day shift, oh the manager is in the back…why doesn’t she/he see how nasty this place is? I tried to give them the benefit but I’m losing hope. Not an exaggeration when I say EVERY time I go to this place it’s in this state of disrepair. Please help!
