- MRmarin ryan1 day ago2.0what even was that… I ordered a bowl for delivery and the white rice in it had an incomprehensible amount of salt somehow. I’m not even picky but it was legitimately inedible. It was as if a salt container accidentally got dumped into the rice. I wish I was joking but that was disgusting. I’ve never had this sort of issue ever before

But every time I walk in and I see one older gentleman behind the counter I know the order is gonna have a major hiccup. My partner loves cheese, and normally this location does a good job if I ask for a good amount, or a lot to make sure they get what they want. But this one employee, to him a lot of cheese means a empty handful, not even enough to cover the top of the bowl that is ordered, and repeated requests for more cheese are given a finger pinch sprinkling on top, barely any more than was given with "a lot", and always accompanied with a look/attitude that I am some great burden for asking for what I'd consider an acceptable amount of a topping for a burrito bowl. A side note not related to my original point is as I walked in, this employee also directed a freshly made container of rice to be put in the delivery/to-go section of prep, and just took the remaining 1/3 of the used to-go rice and mixed it with the dregs of what remained in the almost empty in-store prep area.
