I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice and steak, adding guacamole for $2.85, along with extra cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Instead, I received an order with long-grain white rice, over-salted and overcooked chicken, and—missing entirely—both the guacamole and the extra cheese. My impression of this place has been completely ruined.

- MMMohamed MohamedApr 26, 20261.0i came at friday 9pm to order a steak rice and they were out of steak they refused to cook more while the restaurant closes at 11pm they said they already cleaned the grill, i came again on Sunday night which is today at 9.30pm they had the same problem out of steak!! and they tried to let me leave instead of cook some steak, so i asked for a manager and she asked the grill guy to cook some steak as their are many customers that are asking for it. the grill guy started aggressively dumping stuff and pushing things then he dropped some steak on the grill then he dropped huge amount of salt on it like half a box so when steak was done i asked to taste it first it was very very salty!! it burnt my tongue!! worst experience and worst service ever!! i called customer service and filed the complaint for everything happened.
