  Went inside and placed an order and a young lady with glasses, lighter complexion did well with helping me. As she is preparing my food, a worker on the register yelled that’s not half / half. I briefly looked with confusion and as I got to the register. An older lady according to my receipt named “Melanie” said she is going to laugh when she gets fired and cannot wait. That was highly disrespectful and shows she has no customer service skills, yet any class by saying that to me and out loud. Little does she know that the roles can reverse and it could be her. Literally lost my appetite and she has no business working there. Nothing like a work bully. The young lady did no wrong in my eyes. Tried to call and ask for a managers name or at least corporate to report that behavior. Do better Melanie! I don’t play about stuff like that!

  I come to this Chipotle at least once a week as I work in the area. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly & professional, and use my rewards often here. I give the atmosphere a 3 because a few times I have sat outside I have been bothered by people in the area asking me for money.

  The food is already hit or miss but here’s another thing to consider— Came in with my newborn hoping to enjoy a quiet meal and maybe feed my baby in the corner, so we intentionally chose a table away from everyone else. Unfortunately, the table was dirty, so we politely asked for a rag to wipe it down ourselves. Apparently, that was a very big request. The employee’s reaction made an already vulnerable, freshly postpartum mom feel like we were inconveniencing her. I understand everyone has bad days, but a little kindness goes a long way—especially toward a new mom just trying to leave the house with baby.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. The GM here decided to lie to my face and refused to make my sides of protien the way Chipotle says that he should. I have never had an issue with having my order satisfied until today. The GM literally filled my sides to half of this picture. I used to eat at chipotle twice a day on most days. Will be taking my businiess elsewehre. KAVA, MOE'S ETC.....

  Store was open for about 20 minutes and a line was queued waiting for ANY meat (and most toppings) to be ready. The drink machine had no ice and no nozzles for the dispensers. There were trash bags on multiple seats and some of the tables were dirty (before anyone even sat there for the day), and leftover food was on the ground. The server had a poor attitude while serving even the first customer. Woefully unprepared for the day.
