- JHJeremiah HudsonAug 9, 20261.0I went here today and honestly, it was nasty. First of all, all of the dishes were sitting out dirty and hadn’t been washed. The cashier was also handling and preparing food without gloves, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, the food itself was bland and tasteless. The vinaigrette was basically just straight vinegar — it didn’t taste balanced at all. The entire experience was disappointing. Imagine going to a Mexican restaurant where the people working there have seemingly never been exposed to Mexican food or how it’s supposed to taste. I’ve worked at Chipotle before, so I know there are standards when it comes to food preparation, cleanliness, and consistency. This location seriously needs to be reevaluated. It’s been like this for years. I had completely forgotten about my previous experiences and decided to give it another chance, but after today, I remember exactly why I stopped going in the first place. I definitely won’t be returning.

There was a lot of people there and I could understand the hurry. Then j was passed onto another lady and she wouldn't listen to me. Like ignored things I said didn't smile once was not friendly what so ever. The food isn't really that good, I was expecting more. With flavor and the amount, I told the lady ima be going a little plain today, plain does NOT mean less. They kept giving me small amounts of portions and in my mind I'm like wow. They said oh it's just cheese sauce, no it was queso and they charged me extra on that. Got like maybe half a cup of steak if not. Cheese probably same amount. Queso not worth the 1.70 they added. Tomatoes were the only thing portioned out. For my first experience this was bad. I knew it was expensive but I didn't realize I'd be paying for little to NOTHING. I will never recommend this place. I'm hoping to try another location maybe it's different but that was DISAPPOINTING. Pretty much the summary is that the food wasn't top tier for the price, overpriced food for portions, and customer service wasn't good.
