- CKCaiza KumaloMay 7, 20261.0So I drove back to the store to get my order fixed, and the employee helping me gave me attitude the entire time. Stink face, annoyed tone, zero apology. She acted like it was a massive inconvenience to give me the chicken I already paid for. Basic customer service apparently doesn’t exist at this location. I will never come back to this Chipotle again. And honestly, if this is how these people treat customers in public, I can only imagine how they treat people outside of work. Whoever the store manager is needs to seriously get their store together because the service and attitude at this place is embarrassing. All I wanted was the food I paid for.

Not hating on the food but lord help ya if a lady named rose makes your food. Terrible attitude and super understaffed.
