Dining area was a mess, girl at the front walked back and forth 3 times doing nothing, didn't greet us, we went to place our order there was no white rice or chicken, girl had no idea what was going on or how long it was going to be until it was ready, the vi e was totally uncomfortable, no communication AT ALL between employees. We asked the girl if she was ok, she said yes, but She was definitely NOT OK. not friendly employees, really everyone was just clueless

Less than a week later, I returned to the restaurant with photos of the incorrect food, the other customer’s order label, and screenshots of my conversation with the app’s customer service, which instructed me to visit the restaurant for assistance. I also called the restaurant beforehand, and the automated phone message directed me to come in for help. When I arrived, I was told they “couldn’t do anything about it because it had been a week,” even though I came back before a full week had passed. It felt like they were making up their own policies rather than doing the right thing to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack of ACCOUNTABILITY, I won’t be returning to this location.
- SSSultanJul 23, 20261.0The employees were not friendly and welcoming. I ordered a veggie bowl with Guac but was charged chicken and the guac. The facility was also not clean and the food tasted stale. There was an after taste that wouldn’t go away. Chipotle must do better!
