Because this location only has outdoor seating, when a torrential rainstorm suddenly came through, the staff immediately went above and beyond to help us. They offered us umbrellas and one young man personally walked us across the parking lot to a nearby store where we could wait for our ride safely under a dry shelter. While dashing through the rain, he went out of his way to hold the umbrella over me, becoming completely soaked himself in the process. His kindness and thoughtfulness were truly stellar. This was service far beyond expectations. Outstanding hospitality!

I want them wet , not dry and NO MATTER my complaints every single time, it seems that this is the only location who can’t correctly make my order. Idk what I have to do to get what I want. I shouldn’t be receiving literally half a cup full of honey butter to apply it myself. You’d actually save so much more butter if you’d stop giving me this cup, and actually just make my minis the way I want it.

This is the 4th week in a row the order was wrong. This week the grilled chicken was fried. Last week no sauce with the nuggets. Before that the wrong sides. And before that I forgot the exact error because I dismissed it as an isolated incident. But this location is not the Chick Fil A experience. Four times in a row is a training issue. Hope they fix it but we're going to suspend them for 6 months. We'll try them again in April 2027.

When all the locations around this one are 4.5/5 and this one is below, it may not seem like a big deal. Well I’m here just to give my experiences…. To date I’ve been here 5 times since its’ opening. 2/5 visits there’s been an issue with the order, the orders were put into system correctly, the staff was friendly, but the execution to fill the order correctly is running at 60% efficiency. No big deal? Nah, not for me, this is close to the movie theater but 20min from my house, I pass an alternate location between this location and home. This location is dead to me permanently. Rev Run
