I have a hard time finding anything to drink. I had radiation and it makes my mouth dry and taste off. This sweet lady went above and beyond trying to help me. She had such compassion. I love her in Christ. The gentleman waiter was very nice as well. I would like to say thank you so much. I pray for her and her niece Renee.

- AHAnthony HarveySep 20, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I have visited Chick-fil-A many times and have never experienced customer service like this. While going through the drive-thru, I received an important business call. As I normally do when taking a serious call, I turned down my radio and kept my windows up so I could hear the conversation clearly. Before reaching the pickup window, an employee who was checking orders approached my vehicle and repeatedly insisted that I lower my window. I pointed to my phone several times to let him know I was on a call and gave him a thumbs-up to indicate that my order was fine and that I wanted to continue forward. Instead of allowing me to proceed, he began knocking and banging on my window. He then stood directly in front of my vehicle, preventing me from moving forward. After I motioned for him to move, he moved alongside my vehicle but remained so close that I still did not feel comfortable driving forward. I eventually had to use my horn and point to my phone again before he moved. As I drove away, I saw him go toward the rear of my vehicle and appear to record or photograph my license plate. I immediately brought the situation to the attention of the manager at the window. Unfortunately, the response was simply that they would "talk to him," and the situation did not seem to be taken very seriously. Because I was concerned about why my license plate had been recorded, I went back through the drive-thru to ask the employee about it. Instead of calmly explaining himself, he responded dismissively and began yelling things such as, "Get along," "Just leave," and "Get along." I requested to speak with another manager, but I was told the same manager was the only one available. Again, I was simply told that they would speak with the employee. What bothered me most was not receiving anything free or being compensated. That was never the point. What concerned me was the employee's behavior, including hitting my vehicle window, blocking my vehicle from moving, recording my license plate, and then yelling at me when I asked for an explanation. I believe situations like this should be taken seriously because if this type of behavior happens with one customer, it could happen with someone else. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any Chick-fil-A location, and I hope management reviews what happened and takes appropriate steps to prevent it from happening again.
