We then sat in the drive thru until 11:14am... yes you read that right, almost an hour! It moved at a snails pace and then a group of us (4-5 cars or so) finally got to the front and expected to receive our breakfast orders, but the staff decided to serve car after car (behind us, trapping all other cars as no one could get out) while serving our orders about one every 6 minutes or so until all but our car remained. The car in front of us received their breakfast order and it was down to us as we were told to pull forward and again wait as car after car behind us were given their orders and they creeped out in between the cones. When about 15 employees had walked by our car delivering food to other vehicles, FINALLY one stopped and told us that breakfast was over and we would be refunded and could now order lunch.... WE WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR, no apology or acknowledgment while car after car was served and the others received their breakfast orders. Its not the customers fault that your location is either understaffed or completely incompetent.... The "manager" was hiding behind the food delivey window and sent out a kid (most chic fil a's are staffed with kids, which is fine, first job, etc.) who couldnt even articulate the problem, let alone apologize and find a solution.... So we waited almost an hour, didnt get what we ordered, zero apology, zero acknowledgement, nothing. This is the WORST location I have ever been to, by far... Chick Fil A is routinely the best drive thru anywhere, everytime. I guess they missed the mark with this location as I am not sure how its possible to wait THAT LONG and watch other cars get what they ordered, but not you. The thing we heard over and over was "breakfast has now ended." Well duh... it ended as you all are so slow and took 6-7 minutes per car.... That does not explain why the other cars around us all received their breakfast after 11am, but we were ignored as worker after worker delivered food to cars behind us and then FINALLY acknowledged us, only to tell us to order lunch and wait even longer.... Worst. Location. Ever
