- DBD. Bolton1 day ago1.0I can see why the reviews have really taken a turn at this location. I placed a breakfast order at 09:30 for delivery and was given an initial delivery window time of 9:57-10:12. 10 o’clock comes and goes and my order still shows as not yet being prepared. I call the store at 10:08 and a woman named Laura answered and assured me the order would be prepared before breakfast was no longer being served and that the delivery driver was coming back from another batch and I would be good. I even offered to cancel and just drive to the store I would’ve just had to get my wife down from her office to watch the kids so I could run by there (I didn’t offer this information to Laura as the fact that I was willing to come get an order myself was all I felt I needed to share), however I was assured that the delivery driver was on his way back and I was included in the next batch of orders. As the breakfast end time was nearing I called again and was told by Laura that she didn’t say anything in regards to my order and that I didn’t call, that we didn’t just speak about my order shortly beforehand, and that they were allowed to make the food before the driver came back for “food safety” (as if there aren’t a half dozen order that sit on the delivery shelf for an hour every day during lunch) nor could I pick it up. I now sit here; unable to cancel my order in the app and no clue whether or not it’ll actually show up. Laura also mentioned that the calls are - allegedly recorded so if management has a chance to review the calls I made on 06 July 2026 @ 10:08 & 10:24 from the number ending in - x362 A review would quickly reveal there would be no negative customer interaction had Laura either not made up the timeline in regards to the order, or had not insisted I wouldn’t need to retrieve my order in person

The service was very slow with people standing around instead of taking an order. Plus he asked for honey BBQ sauce and got regular BBQ sauce. This place is getting worse.

I decided to do a mobile order and accidentally put that we were “Dining In” but we were already in the drive-through. We had told the worker that we had a double order and I had accidentally put “dining in” he said no problem. I’m sure I can switch that to drive-through… We drive around. He comes back up to our car. Proceeds to tell us that his manager is Refusing to allow the workers to bring our food to us because we put dining in even though I had told him I accidentally selected “dining in” on the Chick-fil-A app, there’s even an option where you can change your pick up option! It was just not working for me for some reason, so that’s why the worker told me he would do it. I had my children with me if I wouldn’t have had my spouse with me, I would’ve had to get out of my vehicle with both of my children just because of an accident On my end! And then they wanted to say they were going to bring my food out to the drive-through and the manager refused?!!? And then when I walked inside, I still had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food!! This is ridiculous😡
