    Have you ever found yourself craving a big fluffy biscuit with a juicy filling piece of Chicken? But, it's Sunday so you wait until Monday....only to be herded like cattle and given a hard dry biscuit and thin, less than filling piece of Chicken? Well, I discovered Dailys....$4, Spicy, Honey Biscuit....just saying.

    I usually NEVER have complaints at this location, which is exactly why today’s experience was beyond disappointing and honestly upsetting. A young guy took our order, and from the very beginning he completely rang it up incorrectly. We specifically asked for TWO 3-count meals and a macaroni and cheese on the side. Simple. Somehow, he still managed to take the order wrong multiple times. After pulling around and waiting, a young lady with braids told us to pull to the window. While sitting there waiting, we overheard another young lady in a red sweater loudly speaking about how “night shift is worse than day shift because they’re too friendly and need to find balance.” Completely unprofessional conversation to be having within earshot of customers. When we finally received the food, we noticed we only had ONE fry with our meals. We then get told, “Yes, he did take your order wrong three times.” So clearly the mistake was acknowledged by staff. Then someone was called over the walkie and the response back was, “Well she can come around and pay for her fries.” Excuse me? Am I misunderstanding something here? HOW am I responsible for paying for an error YOUR employee made after we clearly stated our order multiple times? We asked for a mac and cheese on the side — not for items to be removed from our meals. Then I’m told to “wait here,” and we just sat there being ignored until another employee finally came up and said, “Yes he did ring you up wrong, but unfortunately I cannot give you a free fry.” FREE? It was NEVER “free.” Fries come with the meal we ordered correctly in the first place. Your employee taking the order wrong should not become the customer’s financial responsibility. The level of dissatisfaction and disappointment I experienced today was ridiculous. Especially while someone sitting outside in a nice shirt, seemingly management, sat on the patio with a laptop while this entire mess unfolded inside. Completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting customer service.

    This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. I placed a breakfast pickup order at 10:15 AM and arrived at 10:25 AM, expecting basic efficiency. Instead, there was no one outside managing orders or taking payments, and the line was completely unorganized. I sat in line for over 30 minutes with zero communication, only to finally be told that my order couldn’t even be fulfilled. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to fix the situation—just a complete waste of my time. For a brand that prides itself on customer service, this location completely missed the mark. Poor management, lack of communication, and unacceptable service all around. Do better.

    Tried to order breakfast this morning. Joined the drive thru line 20 mins before change over and placed a mobile order 10 mins prior. They made me cancel my order and order lunch when I finally got to the speaker.
