No servers at the drive up lanes with headsets taking our orders, no cones around the building guiding cars and no staff outside running orders. This was a first that the efficiency was not there at this location. Food: I tried the waffle chicken sandwich. The chicken batter was off. The breast was filled with fat and black pieces. I pulled it out of the sandwich and in the trash it went. The waffle part was nice. But again I'm funny about my chicken therefore I drive past 6 chicken spots on Merrill Rd Arlington Road and Atlantic to come to Chic Fila for nice clean breast meat. I'm going to try the same menu items out at the 2 other Chic Fila locations to compare. Hope this was just a fluke because it was 30 minutes prior to store closing, however, I was disappointed.

- ABAniyah BabySep 9, 20261.0This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, I have avoided this location for months now to avoid having bad experiences with Chick-fil-A because they hold such a high stature. Today I finally gave them a chance again and got a spicy chicken waffle sandwich well done, even advised that I had no problem waiting because as a previous fast food worker I know that there is no way somebody can ask for a well done fillet and be handed a well done fillet out the window when they make it to the window. Instead, I got a soggy greasy spicy fillet. Upon going back around, I urged the man to let me pull up so that I could actually get a fresh fillet like requested he said “ your fine “ then the manager hand me another greasy flopping sandwich. But out that point I had felt like a bother and too frustrated to urge them to make it correctly . I had this sandwich for the first time at the town center location yesterday and it was perfect. Never coming to this location again.
