  Their fries are fantastic!! But beyond that everything else is just ok. This particular Checkers tends to shortchange you. Make sure you check your order before you leave that everything is there. And also don't be surprised if you buy a large fry and it's only half full. This tends to be the norm for them.

  My visit to this place was absolutely disappointing, we waited literally 1 hour for our food from one window to the next window they didn't give us any napkins they gave us three sauces only for the amount of tenders that we had and they gave us one humongous tender to count as two. So when we mentioned that we were missing one tender the young lady tells us that she will bring it back to us so we are sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting, my sister-in-law then goes and knocks on the window they did not answer she walked over to the front window and they were looking at her while she is knocking on the window while having their music up loud and they were on their phones. This was the most horrible customer service experience I have ever witnessed. They even argue with us about the one tender, one tender y'all just one argued us down about one tender and then when they brought it they brought us two tenders why? I will never again go to this place ridiculous customer service ridiculous personalities the the owners contact information is not even available online and I have been looking through these reviews and all the owner can say is I'm sorry. And then because we were waiting so long outside of the store I decided that I will call because maybe they will answer the phone I think I called five times they never answered but I guess that's what happens when you give the child a job.

  So a few things since they have opened, I ordered something at the box and then pulled round to the window. I get there and the sandwich I wanted to try was discontinued, so got my money back and got nothing. They don’t know what goes on a baconzilla, last I checked it doesn’t come pickles. I have had multiple orders messed up and had to remake. So I’m just confused on what’s really going on in there cause seems like make my the orders correctly the first time isn’t available! I hope it gets better or they will be black listed with the rest of them!!!!

  Drove through with my grandma, we placed our order and went to the 1st window where the cashier cashed us out, she said something and closed the window before we could understand so we caught her attention and asked, she didnt answer us clearly but just pointed toward the front and closed the window on us again. We pull to the fron door and 3 staff members were staring at us through the front door, one of them told us to keep pulli g around so we did. Sat at the window for a couple minutes and then a girl handed us our bag, to which my grandma said "thank you." as she grabbed it, the girl said "excuse me?" With an attitude, so my grandma spoke up and said thank you again, she was a little loud but she talks loud anyways. The girl screamed "Dont yell at me b*tch!" We drove off before she could start anything, but we did nothing that called for that. I've never experienced such a rude, unprofessional establishment and will definitely not be coming back here.
