As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Awesome customer service! I was treated with dignity and respect which has been lost these days. Especially in fast food...

I've been to this location several nights in a row. I work nights and it's 1 of the few places thats open on my way home. Each time I have been there the food has been fresh and well made. The staff has been kind, courteous and fast. I would definitely recommend this location to get the best version of this food.

I’m so disgusted. It’s sad that when there is hair in a customers food the only thing the restaurant employees do is give a refund. How about send the person home whose hair it was! I went to checkers starving and ended up disgusted. Ordered the Buford, added fries to the sandwich and ordered a 5 piece wing. Got home and prayed over my food and began to eat the wings and bit the burger. I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to peel the patties apart and I did and there was a piece of hair about 2 inches long laying slap dead in the middle of the meat and cheese. I held it up to the light to see the color of it and immediately drove back to the restaurant half naked in my robe, furious. A gentleman with black hair was outside of the restaurant, in the parking lot passing out orders to the parked customers and I flagged him to come approach me. I showed him the hair in my food and he began to approach the first drive through window and speak to a woman with dark brown hair in Spanish, identifying the employee whose hair it was. That employee walked up and his hair color matched the hair on my food. The guy with the black hair apologized and said this never happened before and everyone wears a hair net and I replied and said “all of yall have on a hair net but all of your hair isn’t in the net and his hair is hanging out of the net in the back of his head!” , then the Woman issued my refund back to my debit card (which I have to wait for it to appear, which isn’t immediate) and the guy with the black hair said he will keep a eye on the kitchen and inform the general manager. How about offer me a job so I can show yall how it’s done. This is sickening. I threw up in the middle of 103rd as I drove back to my destination and now I have to remain hungry and disgusted until Publix opens so I can go buy me something to cook.
My head hurts. I’m very upset. Whoever is reading this—make sure you open your burgers before you pull off because this location doesn’t cover their hair completely in the hair net. Eeeeeeyuck! Had I not had a relationship with the Holy Spirit I would have been chewing a man’s hair. Thank you Jesus for saving me. I am truly upset about this and overly sensitive and disgusted I can’t even go to sleep.
