  The experience was fantastic. We had a group of about 20. We had 2 waitresses. They were perfect. One of them was always there. We never waited for anything. From the appetizers, soup, salad drinks and the main course, the food tasted great. I had the sea bass. It was the best I ever tasted.

  Everything about our experience was amazing! I mentioned on our res that we were on a mother daughter trip and the made special menus. happy hour is CLUTCH. JOSHUA at the bar makes amazing cosmos and pomtinis! must have the sea bass and lobster risotto. melt in your mouth. Carol was our server and she was attentive, charming, and so great! the decor is super cool too. 5 stars! We made a reservation but went early and just ate in the bar!

  The food was good. It was fresh. I had the honey Harrisa salmon with a vegetable medley (vegetable medley was a special request). My husband had steak and mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were seasoned and cooked to perfection. All other entree items were good. Salmon was bland, but fresh. We also had coconut shrimp and crab cake as appetizers. They were delicious. Upon entering Chart house we felt welcomed the hostess greeted us with a smile and conversation. Our server Taylor was very attentive to our needs, however the timeliness of food service left long gaps of time between the appetizer (which came out expediently) , the entree and dessert. We were there for 2 hours. Our orders (including dessert) were placed by 640-645. We received the dessert about 820. Despite the awkward lengths of time between meals, the atmosphere and scenic views of the St. Johns River and the river walk were serene. Overall enjoyed the experience.

  My husband and I went to the Chart House in Jacksonville on June 20th and our favorite place to sit is in the bar ordering off the regular menu. The reason why we keep coming back is because of the bartender Josh. OMG he is amazing . His level of professionalism and ability to multi-task in such a busy environment is exceptional. Our drinks are always perfect and arrive in timely manner. He is also so fun to watch him perfect his craft. You can tell he totally enjoys his job! Thank you Josh for such all you do!

  We were lucky enough to have an outdoor facing booth at The Chart House and the amazing Priscilla as our server she got us this menu with ease and gave us to touch a quality that we really wanted and needed for our Saturday night. Dinner martinis are strong here so soften them with iced tea or water. The food is also fantastic. A large group of chefs work very hard to make everything on your plate, exquisite to the eye as well as the stomach. We cannot wait to come back when we return to Jacksonville next year. I will definitely start our evening here.
