This restaurant has gone downhill. We had a very disappointing dinner there. The prime rib wasn't cooked as we ordered. The restaurant was more than half empty on a Saturday night and now I understand why. Even the bathroom was filthy with no toliet paper. Overall, we won't waste our money here any longer.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary here and had such a wonderful time. The food was exceptional and so was the service. The Kim Chee calamari was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

Party of 10… two meals were sent back for being cooked incorrectly. Food took an extremely long time to come out. None of the appetizers came out until AFTER the entree. Taken over 2 hours to get the check. Not my first bad experience. A few years prior, they overcooked my steak to hell and back. Tried to give them a second chance tonight, not impressed. Would rather go somewhere else when everything costs and arm and a leg.

In the area for business, I called the restaurant and they were booked solid. The hostess did say they had some bar tables available on a first come first serve so we ran over real quick. They had a table available and set it up for a group of 7 which was awesome. We asked about the happy hour and they said it was only for the bar area. I guess where they put us didn’t count even though the hostess said we were sitting in the bar area. The manager came over and said she would give us the happy hour menu if we signed up for The Landry’s club…didn’t really want to tag an extra $25 on my bill so we passed on the happy hour. The server was nice but it seemed they were short staffed it took a while to get all of our drinks and food ordered. After we ordered we sat around for about an hour and a half before the food came out. Most of the meals at the table were bland and the vegetable orzo that comes with the meal was lukewarm. I ordered the seabass and it came out like leather. If I had to guess it was sitting under a heat lamp for a good 20min. The server asked if I wanted a replacement meal..after waiting an hour and a half I decided to pass didn’t get the feeling it was going to be a quick turn around. Everyone else at the table also said their food was bland and not worth it. The ambiance is cool but definitely not worth going to.

I think Chart House has stepped it up a notch!! We recently dined there on a Monday. The bar area was completely packed with people enjoying appetizers and drinks. Even though it was busy the bartender acknowledged me and served me quickly and checked in on me while I was waiting for my friend. The reception host was so nice to fit us in and the manager showed us to our table. Angelique, was our server and she was so nice and pleasant!! Great service!! I had fresh oysters from Virginia that were delicious and my friend had the coconut shrimp which were lightly fried and fresh! We shared the calamari, which I think is the best I’ve ever had. The manager checked on our table several times and again, was super nice. We are making this our Monday spot!! Thank you!!
