  1st visit here since moving to Jacksonville. I ordered Philly Cheese Steak (large) no lettuce or tomato, Ultimate Fries (large), 6 piece Wings (buffalo) fried hard. I wanted to order a Strawberry Shake. He told me the shake machine is down. Now, where have I've heard that before 🤔. I saw her "toasting" the bread, but it wasn't toasted. I literally only had 1 tiny mushroom on half of the sandwich. My wings weren't fried hard that I ordered. The wings are a total waste of money spent. The fries have a horrible after taste. I've never heard of putting lettuce and tomato on a Philly Cheese Steak...ever. See the pictures. Wasted my time, drive, and money. Parking lot was empty, inside was empty....😬

  Cariyanna at front counter was very patient & assisted us w| our first visit to a Charley’s Cheesesteak! Thank her again & again!! We enjoyed our meal inside , which was very clean & it didn’t take long for the kitchen staff to provide us w| our order. Thank youuuu <3 -Franky

  First time in and also the last. Came in at 2pm nobody was in the restaurant, 3 cars were in drive thru. We stood in an empty line while employees walked past us. No greeting, no I will be right with you... Nothing! 7 minutes later the cook who passed us 3x while walking food to the outside drive thru line asked if we wanted to order. Still didn't take our order. No apologies nothing. Whoever owns this franchise is about to go bankrupt! If he is on the beach or golf course he better rush to his failing business. The fact that it was empty on a Wednesday at 2pm should have told me what was taking place. Walked out and didn't order Jack from this place!!!! Next a Taco Bell at this location????

  You know, I kinda thought this place would be the definition of flavor town. I was completely wrong, to be fair I only ordered large regular fries and large cheese fries....both had zero flavor. I know a large plain fry will only have so much flavor but not even salt was applied and the cheese fries weren't any better. The cheese sauce .....if thats what you wanna call it was nasty, again 0 flavor. Ill pass on charlies cheese steak in the future. I kinda thought it would be bussin but yet it left my tummy fussin
