  Alex and the night crew were amazing . It was my first time eating there and they did a phenomenal job . They explained everything I had questions about and made the atmosphere sweet. Alex also looked out for me . Keep her and the crew . I will be visiting again soon .

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First-Time Experience at CAVA – October 9, 2026 This was my first time visiting CAVA, and I had a great experience! The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the night crew with Alex was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciated the positive attitudes and great customer service from the entire staff. Everyone made me and my family feel welcomed and made my first visit an enjoyable one. It’s always refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work and creates such a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Great job to the entire night crew! I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏽

  This is the first experience I’ve had on this issue with cava. The server only gave half spoonful servings of each topping. She would scoop the topping , the shake off half of that amount. I expect the portions to feel worth the price of $15 a bowl. I won’t be returning to this location.’

  This was our first time eating at a Cava. The staff at this Jacksonville location was friendly and took time to help us with the menu selections. Great variety of items to put on a bowl. Everything was fresh and yummy. At check out because we were first timers we were given some Cava love. Our meal was half priced and what a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend and we will be back.

  Horrible experience using the mobile order drive thru... once your in the line there is no where to exit. The car in front of me must have ordered wild wild. They were sitting in the drive through, which is not the idea behind it. About 15-20 mins of waiting for food that was fresh when I got there and find out there is no way to go around so I can park and walk in. The staff should have prompted the customer to move forward and allow other completed orders access to pick up that are ready. Really frustrating because you're stuck, hungry and your food is just sitting inside. No acknowledgement, from the staff like a simple thank you for waiting and then to find out parts of the order are missing. Really disappointing
