  We ordered pick up and it was missing the kids meal we had ordered and paid for. We all make mistakes. The biggest issue we had, was when we called them to resolve the issue , they were rude with us! The woman first put us on hold and never picked up again. We sat on a line for 10 min. We called back and she was dismissive. Telling us we needed to drive back across town to come back in. She then put the phone down and never said she was done with the conversation. For 10 + min we were just listening to the sounds of the inside of cava. We then called a third time and she wouldn’t pick up again. I then called her back on another phone and she immediately knew who we were and started giving us some answers but was overall very rude. The customer service at this location is horrible. Will not be eating here again.

  This is the second time I asked for sauce watch them cup it up and get distracted and forget to put it in the bag. Also asked for fresh chips and they weee hard and cold. The whole meal is throw off with out sauce especially since I do salad base. Really disappointed as this is the 2nd time. Staff needs to pay attention wasn’t that busy and had like 2-3 guest usually keep bad comments to myself but just thought I should share

  Loved my experience today at Cava. The restaurant was packed, and there was a long line, but everyone remained cool and served people with smiles on their faces. The whole crew were excellent, but I have to highlight Daniel and Ry. Y’all keep up the good work!

  When you go to a place specifically because of a craving you would hope that you receive good customer service. I went and I ask for a fresh piece of salmon because the piece they were going to give me was the last one. I received attitudes and horrible customer service. All because I wanted fresh food.

  Next level atmosphere and aroma walking in to the San Jose Blvd location in Jacksonville, FL. It was my first time dining in and already can’t wait to try something new based upon this exceptional experience! Marianne and Miracle took their time to explain everything and walked me through my first custom bowl. She hit the love button for a first timer and lemme tell ya, the love is real, because good customer service is so rare these days and it hit my soul how generous they are and how genuine it made me smile! This place is awesome and the food is so fresh and delicious! The welcoming staff makes it that much more enjoyable. Make sure you guys fill up their tip jar no joke!!! See yall soon!
