Came in last night for my usual order. Very disappointed with the service received. They did not give me my pita bread even though I asked multiple times for it. They did not give me extra lettuce when asked even though I did not want rice or beans. The pita chips were overly salty. The chicken was undercooked. The cabbage slaw tasted old and was made with white cabbage not the usual purple cabbage. They also had no more garlic dressing. It was 9pm I'm sure they could have made more just seemed like the young people did not care to take care of customers. I paid 13 dollars for a bowl that was half full. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Sydney and Joe! From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. They made sure everything was right with my order and created a genuinely positive atmosphere. It’s not every day you come across service that makes you want to come back, but they definitely did that. Thank you both for making my visit such an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this location!

Employee at the bar added fresh cooked chicken on top of older chicken on a hot bar which is a major food safety hazard known as improper product rotation or "topping off". It violates safe holding temperatures (135° F or above) because the bottom layer of old chicken sits in the danger zone, risking rapid bacterial growth like Salmonella
First scoop he gave me crumbled old chicken from the bottom of the pot then an he topped the old pot with a new cooked chicken he got from the kitchen. With that being said I don’t know how long the old bottom chicken been sitting there
I was intending to feed my two years old son The meal i bought. And after i left i felt concerned and decided to not give it to home.

It hurts me to write this review, but it has to be done. Last night, my husband and I decided to go to Cava for dinner. I frequent this Cava between 2 to 3 times a month when I am in the area. Last night broke the straw for me. We walked in and it looks like they were cleaning up for the night. It was after 8 PM when we arrive. No one greeted us. My husband and I stood there for Over five minutes until I had to get the attention of the cashier and ask him when will we be serviced. There was a young lady that was cleaning and she got someone from the kitchen area to come service us. Those two kind of change words as she had to tell him more than one time to service us. When the gentlemen came to the station to service us, his whole demeanor was not professional, nor friendly. Instead, he barely wanted to fix our meals. Barely being attentive of the portion sizes that I know cava give when it comes to make bowls. Had to tell him more than one time what to put in the bowl. He was clinging the utensils inside of the canisters as if he did not want to make anything. I felt as if in the middle of him fixing our food. I wanted him to stop, and I was gonna walk out and go somewhere else. But instead since we drove 35 minutes to this restaurant and we’re already here just go ahead and Complete the order. As he was ringing up our order, I noticed that my bowl was not completely closed. I pointed it out to him, and I had to get the bowl myself to push down the plastic lid so my contents in the bowl would not fall out. He got the bowl and push the Lid on the bowl with an attitude. He then Flip The bowl over to show me that the lid was closed. After I paid, he walked away, so I stood there again for my items to be Bagged. The young lady then comes and says do you need a bag? Is that why you’re still standing here? I said yes, she gave me the bag, and I put my own meals in the bag and walked out. I have never been so Disgusted with CAVA. I forgot to mention that there was a manager last night that did not intervene when this situation Occurred. Although he Mention it to a supervisor Named KD. I spoke with KD this morning and I informed him of my experience and asked for a refund. I was denied of getting a refund because he stated that it’s not in Cava policy. Their policy is to remake the food and make the experience right. However, as a customer, it seems it’s forced for a customer to feel pressured to come back to restaurant, although I have traveled within an hour to and from for dinner and service that was not appealing or pleasing. I hope this review gets reviewed by higher and proper management and hopefully someone will reach out to me to resolve this issue.
