  Came in Sunday and was completely impressed. Everyone was kind, the service was fast and the on duty manager Destiny was so kind and polite. I couldn’t make up my mind and even though it was close to closing they still assisted me and helped me make a good selection. I’m here on business and chose to come back by and they gave great service today too. A young lady named Naelly assisted and was very kind. I even saw Destiny again. Way to go guys!

  Food was wonderful as always however customer service on the night shift is horrible . They don’t greet you when you walk in , they are more interested in there conversations with each other then helping the customers and this is the second time I’ve come and this same crew has given a not so enjoyable experience standing and joking around but there’s areas that needs to be cleaned up I took more pictures but they are all super blurry as I was walking around taking them I don’t know if there isn’t a night shift manager or what but the customer service is lacking some of them are rude

  CAVA is easily one of my favorite places to eat. Honestly, I think it’s even better than Chipotle, especially if you’re looking for something fresh and flavorful. The salmon bowl is my go-to and it’s absolutely fantastic. Everything tastes fresh, the portions are great, and there are so many options to customize your bowl exactly how you want it. Definitely one of the best quick and healthy places to eat. I’d highly recommend CAVA, especially the salmon bowl!

  My online order was ready within 5 minutes, they were extremely generous with the toppings, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Even the guests dining nearby were friendly! I’ve been to dozens of Cavas over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had!

  Stopped by CAVA for dinner tonight and had a great experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from Hannah (sp), Ms. Jackie, and Timora. They were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer had a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared perfectly and that I left satisfied. It's rare to come across a team that cares this much about customer service, and it definitely made a lasting impression. CAVA is lucky to have employees like Hannah, Ms. Jackie, and Timora representing the brand. I'll definitely be back!
