  This location is honestly the best cava in Jacksonville. They should be a model of customer service for the entire brand. The way Ms. Shondra takes care of each and every customer should be standard across the board. Her exemplary customer service will continue to have me patronize this location and this location only. Ms. Diana is a joy to see every time I come in the store and these two ladies always make me feel welcomed and highly taken care of. I hope that upper management sees this review and rewards them appropriately.

  Diana at Cava was absolutely amazing! She stayed so attentive the entire time, helping her coworkers remember things, supporting a team member in training, and still making sure my order was perfect from start to finish. You could tell she genuinely cared about doing a great job, and she handled everything with such a positive attitude and kindness. Great customer service like that really stands out!

  I can't say enough good things about CAVA on Riverside Ave! Every time I come in, the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is outstanding. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Laura, Guadalupe, and TJ always go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They're friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to care about giving customers a great experience. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the quality of the food and the atmosphere. If you're looking for great service and an amazing meal, this is the CAVA to visit. Keep up the awesome work

  I come here often on my lunch break. The food is great (fave protein is braised lamb, but the chicken is good too, never dry). Try all the sauces. There are no misses. Harissa is a sneaky heat so one scoop is plenty. And the pita chips (I think that’s the name) are really good if you have some calories to spare, lol (plain). But the best part is honestly the service. Everyone is always smiling and so friendly and welcoming. Marie Be is the sweetest (I hope I spelled it right, I think she’s the manager). Anywho, this review is longer than intended but genuine. Cava is good. This location is the best.

  After stopping at a few places before, we finally settled on Cava. We tried other spots with mixed reviews and were disappointed once we got there. We did not look at Cava's and I'm glad. They had a few low reviews, however We experienced nothing but great food, great service, and nice portions. Neph (owner, management?)was actively training, restocking, and carefully watching to make sure things were being done right. The food was tasty and fresh. If today was in response to some of the negative reviews, they are making the necessary changes/improvements. Loved to see the choice in crew members. They seemed eager to work and hopefully they are treated well by management. The service and atmosphere was better than most places we have been to recently.
