always have the online or in app orders taking much longer. says it’s been ready for 15 minutes. there are only 3 people in line. i don’t get it. i have 4 other people waiting for their orders with me right now. not even exaggerating. everytimr i order online it’s been like that and they have been lacking on the portions please talk to the employees about this
The food is great no doubt about it, but the service here could definitely be improved. I made an order online over half an hour in advanced for 9:00PM pickup, i got a text message saying my order is ready at 8:55, but upon arrival there were 3 other people waiting for their online order all said they also got the "your food is ready" text. I don't care to wait for my food but I do care when me and everyone else is lied to for their benefit. They want to look good, like they complete all their orders on time, so they'll mark it as complete far before they even start on it, then finally they'll bring it out 15 minutes late. I only ended up getting my food at 9:15 and they forgot my side of pita chips that are like $5 so I had to return 5 minutes later for those, reasonably upset.
Normally love eating at Cava but today I didn't have a great experience. The girl serving the bowls was the opposite of friendly. All but one of the bins of salad ingredients were pretty empty, so instead of giving me the arugula I asked for she tried to give me the super greens or something from the one full bin, which I didn't want. She gave skimpy portions that didn't fill the bowls. When the woman behind me asked her to add a little more rice to her bowl, she said there would be a charge and added it to her order. Also, the lavender tea I always get was so watered down I had to pour it out and get something else which wasn't much better. Last but not least the shared bathroom was filthy. Seemed like the server didn't want to be there, and management was cutting corners to save cost. Hopefully just a one off for Cava.

I went in to Cava today with my family and am a regular at this location. After today, I will not be coming back.
As I went to order, I noticed the employees cut back on the portion size that they give you. They actually measured the amount of lamb provided to me and they have never done this. My son’s kids pita was even a smaller portion. When I asked for pita chips, the employee acted like I was speaking another language.
My mother-in-law was with us during this visit to the restaurant, and it was her first time. She didn’t realize we had two water cups and two fountain drinks, and when she filled the water cups up with another beverage the employee told her that she had water cups only. In reality one cup was for the kids pita meal.
As we were wrapping up our visit, and went to get one more refill we were told that your only allowed 3 refills, so apparently they were counting our refills. As we drove away, an employee tried to take a picture of our license plate. We will never go back to this location.
The owner is terrible, first the air conditioner is out for months then you begin to treat customers this way. We have gone there when there was a shortage of forks , no air conditioner, lack of lids for the bowls , and now this.

I wanted to treat myself to a meal for Mothers Day and really wanted Cava but I normally go to the Riverside location. I just wish I would have taken the extra drive. I went around 8:30 they don't close until 10:30 but they were out of items. I wanted to try the salmon bowl so I was willing to substitute a few of the items. The rice was the bottom and had hard pieces and the salmon was broken and not quite full piece when it is already small. The bowl was half full when it was done I ended up having to ask a manger for more rice and arugula because it was totally unacceptable for $19. The final straw is when I got home and tasted the pita chips they were super salty to the point of inedible. The back was a little messy but they were cleaning and I am wondering if something had been sittng for too long because there was a slight intestinal issue the next day. I hope that this feedback helps improve. Prices are high which people are dealing with it, however the food quality and service needs to be consistent for these prices.
