  We had an amazing experience at CAVA! Crista, Jasmine, and Kat made our visit so enjoyable. Jasmine had such a positive attitude and was incredibly friendly throughout our order. Kat gave us very generous portions, and our bowls were delicious. Krista kept us laughing while we waited in a long line, which moved surprisingly fast thanks to the great team. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the food was fresh and tasted amazing. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I always love Cava!! Their food is amazing. Atmosphere is always good too. Their service is better than their competitors. It's next level Mediterranean. The only negative about this location is that the girl at the register literally has a ball of snot she kept sniffling back into her nose while ringing us customers up instead of asking to walk away for a min (that alone would turn anybody away) my wife and I were just way to hungry. Also their dining area needed a lil TLC because I had to clean our table. Other than those 2 things it was amazing.

  Best service I’ve had at a fast /casual spot in a long time. Right when I walked through the door, Linc gave me a real, authentic welcome (no forced retail greeting). I ended up just asking him to make me his personal favorite bowl. He was super attentive and made it like he was making it for himself he really took pride in the whole process. I actually left wishing they had a tip screen at checkout because he deserved it. 10/10 experience. I honestly don't remember everything he put in it, and I should have taken a photo before I ate it, but it was super good. He happened to mention that he used to be a chef in Philly, and after tasting it you can tell he wasn't bluffing. If you're coming in, do yourself a favor and just ask them to make your bowl "Linc's way." You won't regret it!

  I used to love this CAVA when it first opened. The food was consistently fresh, hot, and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill to the point where I won’t be coming back. Over my last several visits, the restaurant has been dirty, the staff has been rude, and the food is almost always cold. On my visit 06/22, prior to today the employee making my bowl was visibly angry because he kept saying he was “supposed to be off 30 minutes ago.” He aggressively slammed every scoop into my bowl and acted like taking care of customers was an inconvenience. During that same visit, they tried to give me a bag of pita chips that had clearly been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. They looked beat up, had obviously been sitting out, and were completely cold. When I politely asked the cashier if I could have a fresh bag, she immediately caught an attitude. She stared at me for several minutes without even ringing up my food or speaking , as if I had done something wrong, and another employee actually had to tell her to ring up my order while I waited. I gave this location another chance today with an online pickup order, and it was more of the same. I ordered a bowl and the sumac and onion pita chips, and they were ice cold. I asked for a fresh bag, but when I sat down they were only barely warmed and still tasted cold. I kept hoping at least my bowl would be hot, but every single ingredient that should have been warm was cold. The meat was cold, the rice was cold, and there wasn’t a single hot item in the bowl. To make matters worse, I ordered SuperGreens as my base and instead received mostly plain lettuce with large chunks of iceberg lettuce stems mixed in. That’s not what I ordered, and it just added to the overall disappointment. At this point, it feels like the staff hates being there, the restaurant isn’t being kept clean, and there is no attention to food quality or accuracy. It’s really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite lunch spots when they first opened. Sadly, this location has completely lost me as a customer. I won’t be returning.

  Little bit of honesty here.. maybe too much for most business owners franchise owners.. so the store itself feels kind of crammed like a chipotle. The food seems to be the exact same as chipotle. The seasoning is not good at all not a whole lot of options when it comes to healthier items like quinoa and I think the brussels sprouts were missing the pita chips were burnt. The chicken was dry and so was the steak… I mean, Vale and River Side offers pretty much the same thing the same price point but they’ve got smoothies and their food is made fresh it tastes amazing.. This was just a big letdown from what I’ve heard from a lot of people in the community… this just seems like another fast, casual food chain, and I can already feel that headache coming on from the lack of nutrition.. The sodas were good though, and the homemade juices were good. That wasn’t bad. The cookies were also stale and pretty nasty. Great customer service though and a clean environment
