  Jason and Tessa were phenomenal and really took care of me. The wifi was out and Jason promptly informed me that they could no longer take orders. I was very bummed but he found a solution and really helped me out! Both of these employees are fantastic and deserve whatever comes their way!

  Minimalist aesthetic, minimalist employees. We order from here a lot and I wanted so badly to enjoy this restaurant but the staff makes it almost impossible. Almost every order is missing something, and not to mention they start closing the store 30 minutes before they actually close, totally dismantling the drink station while orders are still coming in. Employee used their hand to scoop my drink from the drink container from one cup to another when I came in the pick up my order. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the drink station was still in place before they closed. Completely unacceptable and unfair to people that work late. This location severely needs new management.

  Surprisingly good, even expecting it to be! Was recommended so I tried it and will definitely be going back. Fast service, almost instantly ready, very friendly and helpful staff... and the food is GOOD. I'm not normally big on healthy stuff but this had steak and flavors throughout. Photos are not enhanced (from an Android so you know I mean it).

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA and wanted to give a shoutout to Jose, Tessa, and Jason for the outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and the whole meal exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible customer service and the amazing food, CAVA has officially become one of my new favorite places to eat. Thank you, Jose, Tessa, and Jason, for making my visit such a great one. I'll definitely be back soon! 👏🥗😊

  I am giving this Cava location on Old St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville a 1-star review due to a disappointing customer service experience. The employee who started preparing my bowl was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I asked if I could sample one of the sauces because I had just seen the previous customer in line receive a sauce sample. Since the sauces were not clearly labeled and there were no signs identifying them, the only way for me to indicate which sauce I wanted to try was by pointing toward it through the glass. The employee immediately responded in a harsh and impulsive manner, saying that I could not do that because of contamination concerns. While I understand the importance of food safety, there were no posted signs explaining that customers should not point toward the glass or indicating the names of the sauces to help customers identify them. What bothered me most was not the policy itself, but the employee’s attitude and the way he spoke to me. He was dismissive, rude, and unpleasant throughout the interaction, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. Customer service is an important part of the dining experience, and unfortunately this interaction left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
