  Jason was absolutely phenomenal! Truly some of the best service I’ve ever received. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping and takes pride in what he does. Honestly, Jason should be running the place! He is a huge asset to the team and exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter when you walk into a business. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you, Jason, for such an amazing experience!

  My first time at Cava was a five-star experience! Reign and Zack were incredibly welcoming and patient, walking me through the menu and giving great recommendations. The food was just as amazing—fresh, incredibly flavorful, and generously portioned. It's rare to get top-tier service and perfect food all in one stop. I’ll definitely be back!

  Everything we go to this Cava the service is amazing along with the food. And we have been to the one in Daytona (horrible), Texas was ok, and so was Orlando. Service at each one except Daytona was amazing but the old Augustine location my husband and I go out of our way to go to that location. GOOD JOB and WELL DONE to this location. Hands down the best

  I've never had an issue with picking up the orders, but I sincerely urge you to not do a delivery through Doordash! If you can, make sure it's UberEats or just take the time to pick it up. This is the second time I've had a missing item and being in the restaurant business, I never had my customers go through Doordash. It's inconvenient and you have to go through so much just to speak to customer service. The manager at this place was VERY apologetic and helpful even though this failed delivery service won't own up to their actions and it makes the restaurant look bad.
