  Hanifa, the star of the day, made my visit to the restaurant a delightful experience. I usually don’t come unless my wife insists on cava, so I’m not very familiar with the ordering process. As soon as I entered, Hanifa greeted me warmly and kindly. She understood my request and pointed me in the right direction to the line. Her politeness, warmth, and pleasant demeanor made this my most enjoyable visit to a restaurant.

  Worst cava I ever been to, drove 30 mins to this location first cava I had since I moved to Jacksonville and the customer service was bad. The young man Collin was very read and no good customer service. It started when I told him not to wipe his had on my bowl of food he wanna explain that he got sauce on his gloves and instead of him, wiping it on a towel or a napkin, he wiped it on my bowl of food, so I said something about it to him from there. He didn’t like it so we moved onto the toppings. I noticed the ladle was in the lettuce laying flat down and I stated that I didn’t want that lettuce with that handle inside of the container with the lettuce he then got upset. The young lady at the register was just sitting there laughing like she was amuse by the situation I didn’t pay walk out to my car. Then I turned around, and I noticed that young lady and Collins and another young man sitting in there, listening to Collins, be disrespectful to the customer which is me and the hand movements that was being made towards me so I then went inside to figure out what was wrong and what was the problem Collin said yes I am talking about you Then ask what am I going to do about it he stated your not going to do nothing what you going to do about itI then asked for a manager and talked to the manager. The customer service from the young people in the front was very rude and very disrespect I literally drove 30 minutes for a horrible experience. The young lady that closed me out and Collin’s and the young man with the brown and blonde hair all thought it was a joke and was okay to talk about me cause I correct the sanitary issues that was in front of my face. You don’t wipe your gloves on someone food!

  I had a great experience with Izah! he was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. His customer service was excellent, and he made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I really appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Izah and would be happy to work with he again!

  The cleanest and best decorated location I’ve been into, music was nice and there was no wait!!! The staff was upbeat, and quick to pack up my order! I will definitely be back even though it is a little out of the way for me! Collin and waldo(I hope that’s correct lol) were so nice! The bowl station was also super clean and they were actively stocking up fresh ingredients!

  This was my first time trying CAVA, and I was so nervous because I didn’t know what to choose. The staff were extremely kind and patient, and they helped me build my bowl. They even put my order on the house, which meant so much to me because I was a little broke that day 😭😂. The food was fresh, delicious, and filling enough to keep me satisfied for the rest of the day. The pita chips and lavender blueberry drink were also so good! Honestly, I liked it better than Chipotle but everyone has different taste. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my first visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! 😁
