  Excellent, first I walked in the door asked for spinach dip server said he wasn't sure if they sold it so he went and got the manager and he said they didn't sell but the manager went to the back and made some wonderful spinach dip. The vibes were great and as a manger he deserves to have his own store one day. - Ms Red

  When days are filled with rushing through each moment this was a great place, with a pleasant atmosphere to recenter. Naomi, my server was superb and understood my need to relax a few minutes with a chocolate martini, before feasting on a wonderful meal! Also, she didn’t make a face or fuss when I asked to replace the seafood in the dish I ordered for chicken (allergic to seafood). My meal was severed hot, flavorful and an ample serving size assured there would be leftovers for the next day! Will, the manager was attentive to each guest but also stopped by to ask me if I was enjoying my experience. As a frequent solo diner that doesn’t happen very often. It was nice to feel my experience mattered too. My entire meal, and Friday night, were perfect not only because of the wonderful food at Carrabba’s but also because of Naomi and Will, to who I say thank you so much!!

  We had a great experience despite the fact that they were busy, we were able to get seated fairly quickly. We had the opportunity to meet Will the manager. Will brought our appetizer out, having the chance to talk with him for a min and seeing how he worked with the staff and hearing some of his Interactions with some of the other guests, he seems to be a good ppl person. Our waitress, Naomi was excellent. Despite how busy the restaurant was and in her section in particular, Naomi was very attentive she checked on us a good number of times to make sure everything was good and that we had what we needed.

  AWFUL SERVICE!!! I didn't realize that we were seated in the bartender's section. She forgot to bring my husband's drink. We had to ask for it. My husband had to take my empty cup to get it filled. We ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer AND jumbo crab cakes, never got the lump crab cakes. When we asked she said that she thought we wanted one or the other, not both. I ordered the chicken picatta, it wasn't even warm. It came cold and hard. The mashed potatoes were cold, as if they'd been sitting out. I asked to speak with the manager, told him, he disappeared, totally useless. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!! 🤬

  Me and my family dined here for my grandads 73rd birthday and I left absolutely disgusted by the service. That was my first and last experience with Carabas. We had Candice.B as our waitress and she was beyond intolerable. From the moment I arrived, she was nonchalant and seemed to be in a rush to take our orders and leave the table. It was extremely frustrating to get her to double back to the table when we had questions about the menu. At one point, she completely ignored my grandma while she was attempting to order her food. I ordered an old fashion which was too strong and when I opted for something else she was visibly annoyed and hesitant to send it back. I was the last person at the table to receive my food and when my Parmesan Alfredo came out it was GREEN! I informed her of this and she immediately became dismissive and rude. She told me that the chicken was green because of the batter that they use but my sister ordered the same meal and her chicken was not green at all. She kept asking me if I wanted something else but I insisted on them remaking my meal and the chicken in fact came out GREEN again! At that point I had completely lost my appetite and left hungry. The manager did come out to speak with me and gave me 3 gift cards to visit again but I threw them out as soon as I arrived home. I would never recommend for anyone to eat here even if the food was free. I truly believe I saved myself from food poisoning and a heinous crime. Please go anywhere else but here.
