  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chelsie was our sever this evening and let me tell you, she is the sweetest helpful lady! I didn’t have an empty stomach or empty drink from start to finish! My husband loved her recommendations and I appreciated her smoking my old fashion table side. Great experience thanks to Chelsie, severs like her make us want to keep coming back! Thanks again JJ 🙂

  Had an amazing time with my beautiful wife for dinner. Kenzie was very attentive and did such an outstanding job, even though my meal had to be sent back to be cooked. Even when it came back the second time it was still under cooked. I was hungry and told her not to worry about it. She went above and beyond to make it up via the manager comped the meal. Kenzie in her own way made this date night amazing for me and my wife.

  Kenzie was very attentive and sweet. She was quick to greet us. All the food was great. While my husband's steak did come out blue instead of rare, Kenzie was quick to get this fixed and served back on the table. Though the second cook time did come back still blue, my husband ate it anyways and Kenzie noticed that the steak still wasn't cooked up to par. Kenzie addressed this with the manager and the manager came out to let us know that she had made him a new steak entree. We are very grateful for that and absolutely love the service we received tonight. Way to go Kenzie, and thank you for going above and beyond with your service. You deserve it all!

  My husband and I like everything about Carrabba's and enjoy having dinner there. Last month was my husbands birthday and we went to Carrabba's to celebrate. We like sitting at the bar because of the quick service. We were so fortunate to have Caleb attend to us and he provided excellent service. So yesterday we went for my birthday and again fortunate to have Caleb behind the bar. We think Caleb is a Star! He is so personable and you feel like you have known him for a long time. He is kind and funny and we have great conversation. He really cares and makes sure you are happy with your food. Thank you Carrabba's for the great service.

  We visited on a Sunday around 3:00 PM for a late lunch. While the food was exceptional, the service experience was frustratingly slow compared to the tables around us. The Food (5/5): Everything we ordered was delicious and high quality. The kitchen clearly knows what they are doing. The Service (2/5): Although our server was polite and pleasant, the timing was way off. We waited nearly 30 minutes just for our salads, while three tables seated after us received their full entrees first. We were there for nearly two hours total. The Atmosphere (4/5): The restaurant wasn't overly busy and had a nice vibe, which made the delays even more confusing. The Bottom Line: Our server blamed a "large party" for the delay, but it was hard to believe when every table in our section was served promptly while we were overlooked for refills and food delivery. Go for the food, but be prepared for a potential wait.
