Great place to eat. We came in with a party of 10 and everything was great. Diaje (Diane lol) was amazing!! The food was great and her service was even better. She really took great care of us. I would recommend coning here to eat.

I have to start by saying the service from Chelsie was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to make sure we had a great experience. I also want to recognize Manager Jamel, who listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made things right.
I ordered the steak marsala cooked medium. When it arrived, I made the first cut to m check the temperature-as any steak lover would - and it was rare. No big deal, mistakes happen, so I sent it back. The downside was that the rest of the table was already eating while I waited for the meal correction.
When the steak came back, I assumed the same steak cooked a little bit longer, which would have been fine with me. But,after making another cut , I couldn't believe it was still rare. This time, the juices actually ran into my mashed potatoes, completely ruining the meal for me. I've heard of this happening to others but I've never experienced it myself, and it was a huge turn off.
What could have ended as a terrible dining experience was completely turned around by Manager Jamel. He refunded my meal, replaced my entire entrée and, even sent me home with desserts for everyone at our table. That's the kind of customer service that deserves recognition.
While the kitchen missed the mark on my steak twice, the professionalism and care shown by Chelsie and Jamel made a lasting impression. I appreciate how they handled the situation. Furthermore, I hope the kitchen received the appropriate feedback, made adjustments and is now making orders with more consistency.

Caleb wasn't just our waiter. He was a hero.
Not only did he provide outstanding service, he somehow managed to refill drinks before they were empty, predict what we needed before we asked, and maintain peace throughout the entire restaurant. At one point I'm fairly certain he negotiated a ceasefire between two toddlers and prevented a bread famine at our table.
I watched him deliver food, clear tables, greet guests, and possibly rotate the Earth slightly faster so our entrees would arrive sooner.
The food was excellent, but Caleb was the true Italian masterpiece.
If you visit Carrabba's and Caleb isn't there, I recommend asking if he's currently busy solving world hunger.
Five stars for Carrabba's.
Six stars for Caleb.

The manager, Dee Applewhite, was awesome. She went out of her way to accommodate my husband who has a severe onion allergy. She literally called the kitchen manager and made sure which menu items were safe. Caleb our waiter was so professional, very knowledgeable of the menu, and friendly. These two employees make Carrabbas look good. Great job guys.

Horrible service, second time I’ve came to this location and the service being horrible. Our server only came to our table 3-4 times and would go to her other tables, she would walk right past our table while we waited on refills & asked the table beside us if they wanted refills, how their food was, and even asked if they wanted to sign up for their rewards thing. We had asked her for refills when she finally came to our table after being ignored plenty of times, we got our refills but we had also asked for boxes & our check, again being ignored and her assisting all her other tables beside us. When she came back to our table she had asked if we wanted any type of dessert and we told her yes, we had ordered a dessert, and were still being ignored. We finally had enough of it so we had to ask someone else for a box and our check cause we didn’t even have either a box or our check after like 15 minutes of waiting for her to get them. When we got our check we saw she didn’t even put the dessert on the check, and didn’t even bring it out after 15 minutes of waiting, we weren’t even sure if we were going to get it so we paid and when we were about to leave someone had stopped us and told us that the desert was going to come out, he had asked if we wanted to take it to go but we didn’t even want it at this point because our server was taking forever, was making faces at us, and wouldn’t even check up on us, we were irritated and just wanted to pay and get out.
Never do I ever write any sort of reviews on anything restaurant related, yeah I’ve had bad experiences at other places but I’m never the type to complain about it because I understand how it is to work with a lot of customers all at once, but we were never once rude to our server, didn’t make any faces, or anything we went in there expecting to be treated with respect and came out disappointed seeing how she treated everyone else around us and treated us differently as if it was like she didn’t want us there. Don’t waste your time here, this is the second time we had horrible service at this certain location, last time our server interacted with us more than this time but was still not the best, this time was way worse. I will not be back at this location ever again, I just wanted to have a good time with my family celebrating my birthday but left dissatisfied and disappointed.
