    The only issue we had was when the manager brought out our food she passed food in front of me to the person next to me instead of walking around to her and serving her food from behind her. She also served food from one side of the table to the other side handing them their plate, instead of walking around to serve them properly. The waitress brought out our to go order before we received our food. She shouldn't of put the to go order in until we received our food.

    I was planning on coming up to do the all you can eat shared appetizers. I called in beforehand to make sure it was still going on and ask a few questions, and was informed it still was. When we arrived we sat and looked for the menu for the all. You can eat appetizers and could not find it. When we asked the waitress we were informed that that ended a little while ago. I told her I had just called up and they confirmed that it was still going on and she told me I must have been wrong. It was my fault. Or maybe I spoke to the new cashier who doesn't really know what they're doing. But she would ask the manager. I thought after she talked to the manager he would at least come out and explain it to me himself or apologize but that never happened. We ended up getting the pick 2 for 20 which honestly is not a very good deal either. When you can, go to many other restaurants and do their two for $20 and get better food. We also got the fried pickles cuz my wife's heart was already set on them, was a little disappointing to me. They were not fried enough and I also had to spend the same amount for one order of fried pickles which I should have been able to get for all you can eat. The waitress was okay. I did have to wait a little bit for my drink to be refilled and the kitchen gave me ranch instead of blue cheese but the survey did fix that. I wouldn't recommend here. You can see why they have under a 3.5 star

    So cute leaving a personal message. I ordered my 6 birthday wings and was not having the best day.. figured 6 wings would do a little light.. only for this. Made me smile. ☺️

    Food was delayed for no apparent reason during a low customer traffic time. Then table next to ours saw a cockroach crawling on their side of the wall, which then crawled to our side of the wall and onto our table. The Manager offered to move our tables but never came back to check on the rest of the experience. Will not recommend anyone to go there for a good dinning experience.

    I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in River City and wanted to share my experience. First, I want to recognize our server, Sid. She was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She checked on us frequently and did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. Unfortunately, we did have a major issue with our food. We ordered the Pick 6, which included two entrées: a burger and a 10-piece bone-in wing order. When the food arrived, the wings were cold. Not warm—cold. We were told that the wings had “just come up,” but that was clearly not the case based on their temperature. We sent the wings back and requested that they be remade. The manager on duty, Chris, came to our table and informed us that they could not recook the wings because the fryers had already been shut down for 30 minutes. This explanation raised even more concerns. If the fryers had been off for 30 minutes, how could the wings have been freshly cooked when we had only placed our order approximately 10–15 minutes earlier? The conflicting information was frustrating and left us questioning the quality and freshness of the food we were served. While Sid did an outstanding job and deserves recognition for her efforts, the food quality and management response did not meet expectations. Because of this experience, I will be contacting both the General Manager and Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate to discuss this situation further.
