  I I placed a to-go order tonight for the 20 traditional wings, but I received boneless wings instead. I called the restaurant because I was unable to come back to have the order corrected. I have an autistic 6-year-old who would not allow me to leave again once we were home. When I called, I explained the issue and simply requested a refund for the incorrect food that I did not order or eat. I even offered to send a picture of the order as proof. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes while being told I would speak to a manager, but no one ever came to the phone. I eventually had to hang up so I could get my children ready for bed. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was only asking for a refund for the incorrect item, and I expected better customer service and communication.

  I asked them for a specific sauce and he can thru telling me lie not knowing I come to bbw consistently Marcus is a bad manager and he took one of my wings after I asked for him to take it back and fix my order

  I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit at Buffalo Wild Wings in Rivercity. I want to start by saying our server was pleasant and did her best, but unfortunately the overall experience was unacceptable due to management and cleanliness concerns. First, I was given a regular-sized cup for a strawberry lemonade that is typically served in a larger cup and does not come with refills. When I asked about it, I was told by the server that her manager insisted the cups were the same size, which was clearly not the case. Considering the upcharge for these drinks, that explanation didn’t sit right, but I chose not to push the issue further at the time. The situation escalated when my 3-year-old noticed a roach crawling up the wall near the kitchen area. This was extremely alarming. When we informed our server, she relayed that to the manager and he told her to get a ladder and handle it herself, which was both inappropriate and concerning. We asked to speak with the manager directly. After waiting several minutes, he came out with a very dismissive and unapologetic attitude. When we expressed our concerns, he brushed it off by saying that in Florida, “palmetto bugs” are unavoidable. Rather than taking accountability, he offered excuses. His only solution was to comp the meal—but only if we stopped eating immediately. If my hungry 3-year-old continued eating her burger, he said we would still be charged. At that point, we chose to leave. The manager, James, removed our food and gave a very nonchalant apology. His lack of professionalism, poor treatment of both customers and staff, and complete disregard for a serious cleanliness issue made this an experience I will not forget—for all the wrong reasons. I hope this location addresses these concerns, especially when it comes to sanitation and management training. No customer should have to deal with something like this.

  Very disappointed about my wings I was looking forward to my wings I received them and they didn’t look right I tried one and it was chewy and looks like they just poured the whole bottle of sauce in this little box! Smh I’m upset about this!!!!!!

  I WOULD DIE FOR THIS MAN!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JEREMIAH!!!!!! RECEIVED EXCELLENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE FROM RIGHT AFTER MY LONG SHIFT!!! HE HAS BEEN GRACED BY THE GOOD LORD AND THE HEAVENS HAS OPENED UP WHEN THIS MAN BROUGHT MY MOZZARELLA STICKS!!! WILL DINE AGAIN AND WILL ASK FOR POOKIES SERVICE!!!!! Round 2: YALL WHEN I TELL YOU THE GODS OF THE BUFFALO WINGS HAVE DONE IT AGAIN. let me set the scene: We sit down after a long shift at work where we are gossiping in a booth. The air not to cold not to warm, but just right. Then a queen dare I say an angel, came down from the mother fricken heavens, and served us with excellence and elegance. The food was esquisit. When we asked for her name it was like a siren singing out to see "Syd" she said. She was also multitasking queen serving drinks and lethal face card. Will be back again!!!! Thanks pookie!!!
