Bold Birds is bringin’ the heat to Murray Hill, one piece of delicious chicken at a time! Nashville transplants Hughes Brown and his family are no strangers to the restaurant business and they’re thrilled to bring a taste of their hometown to the River City. The signature spicy dish dates back to the 1930s and was originally created by a scorned lover to punish her mate for his romantic misdeeds. Bold Birds fell in love with it back home and were determined to bring it with them when they moved to Jacksonville. With heat levels ranging from Classic to Hotter Than a Mother Clucker, we’re sure to have something for everyone. Our fast-casual environment is the perfect place for a family gathering with just enough Southern hospitality mixed in!
