  I went by this location in the drive through on my way home to Gainesville. I ordered the 8pc family meal. I was quoted price of $32.99 not including tax! I explained to the young lady that every other Bojangles has the very same meal for $19.99 after 5. To be honest I am ticked off for any weary hungry traveler that has to put up with price gouging. I will be posting a review every day on various social media until we get this in a better space for these customers.

  I love bojangles and I stop here everytime I drive north. It's a great place for a break from the road.

  05/16/26 Drove to Bojangles in Baldwin on my break. At 9:44 pm door locked so I went in the Loves entrance. Went to Bojangles register and Noone would even look my way. I left. What a disappointment.

  here. on 5/15/26 the manager colored heavy lady named brianna at 847 she said the only way you can ordered was thru the drive thru because their register inside they close it up so because hubby is a truck driver we can’t go thru the drive thru minding all people after me were truck drivers so they can’t ordered there so i went back and the great young gentleman i ask him if i could ordered he said yes of course but while he was taking my ordered the heavy lady looks pissed of because he took my order this lady needs to either find another job or else seriously that type of behavior you don’t need in your business they close at 10 pm and it was empty all the trays not even lids for the drinks that’s how good this lady runs this place 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 the stars for the young guys can’t say any good things about this manager

  Staff was unfriendly and discouraging about status of food being replenished during busy afternoon rush hour. This is a truck stop location and I understand being understaffed but someone has to cook and customer service is optimal no matter the circumstances. I left without placing an order due to the customer service. Had the staff been more appropriate I may have ordered substitute items.
