They greet you very well upon entering establishment and are all friendly, kind, helpful and just all around wonderful business pple and employees. I'd drive here over Cold Stones #Periodt while visiting Jacksonville Florida and drive EVERY TIME from the Saint John's Town Center where husband and I stay more oftentimes recently and definitely after this go round we shall be back to Saint John's area hotel and not ar Wyndham Garden Hotel Salisbury Road unfortunately. The staff were so nice and accommodating and really helpful with it being our first time there. We both got brownie sundaes(him a small, me a large) and we were in heaven😩! Im not gonna lie though, the prices for the size/amount of ice cream we got was a little expensive to me(about $23 for both of our cups) BUT i would 100% come back for a treat every once in a while, the quality was definitely worth it!

Ordered 2 scoops of the non dairy mochaccino with one scoop of the non dairy strawberry, as well as, a non dairy key lime pie milkshake, and It was amazing The non dairy doesn’t taste or feel like it doesn’t have dairy it’s just as satisfying, and the flavors were delicious. All the folks in there are real kind, real positive people that are full of joy. Overall, this place is gonna be a regular spot for me, everything about this place is too good.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the vibes are amazing, and you can feel the heart that's been poured into every detail. There's just something about a family-owned business that makes the experience so much more personal. It's more than just grabbing ice cream, it's a place where memories are made. I already know this will become one of my favorite spots to enjoy my favorite Ben & Jerry's!
- RRRozalynJun 26, 20261.0I was so excited that a Ben and Jerry's was finally opening near me. The staff was really nice and friendly, however the price is ridiculously outrageous. I ordered a small waffle cone with one scoop. The one scoop was the size of two tablespoons. The cost was $8 and some change. I will continue to purchase Ben and Jerry's from the grocery store and get more for my money. A pint in the store is around $5 and it's usually BOGO at Publix. There are a lot of other ice cream shops nearby with a way better bargain. If you plan on going here for the weekend I would not .
