From the moment I walked in, Jensuel was friendly, respectful, welcoming, and had a great attitude. He made me feel comfortable right away and treated me with genuine kindness, which really stood out to me. Jensuel was very patient and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to make sure everything was right and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Even during a normal visit to get some ice cream, his positive attitude made a big difference. He was professional while still being personable, and you could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure customers had a good experience. What stood out the most was the way Jensuel interacted with everyone. He was polite, attentive, and willing to help, and he brought a positive energy to the store. Customer service can make a huge difference in whether someone wants to come back to a business, and Jensuel definitely left a great impression. Employees who are willing to go the extra mile and treat customers with respect deserve to be recognized. I really appreciate the effort Jensuel put into making my visit a good one. He represents Ben & Jerry’s very well, and I hope his hard work and positive attitude are recognized by management. It’s always refreshing to come across an employee who is genuinely friendly and takes pride in what they do. Overall, I had a great experience, and Jensuel was a big part of that. He deserves a lot of credit for his professionalism, kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location, and I’ll be happy to come back again. - BSBriana SpencerAug 23, 20265.0OKAY SO GUYS I LOVEEEE ICE CREAM AND MAINLY BEN & JERRYS, I mixed chocolate and strawberry cheesecake together and got a milkshake, THE CONSISTENCY was perfect and Jocelyn made sure that it was up to my standards. 🩷 ( if you ask her I’m sure she doesn’t mind altering YOURshake to fit your tastebuds) Malt shakes and Milk shakes are very different. THIS IS A MILKSHAKE. Smooth, creamy and flavorful like it should be. Come give them a try.
