Then he proceeded to walk away and continue talking to the other associate. Then when we asked for a refund so we can leave, we got a bigger attitude. Honestly, don’t recommend coming unless you want unnecessary attitude.

I know Dunkin could have said 'sucks to suck' and not done anything about it bc they already fulfilled the order - but the team this morning said 'not on my watch' and remade it perfect! So, many thanks to the Hero for making the heartfelt request to ensure I was caffeinated - but extra many thanks to this Dunkin and the team this morning for hearing that request and making it happen! Thanks Dunkin <3 the coffee is delicious!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
