  Miss Thai/tye/tay whatever her name is was extremely rude to me through the drive thru. It is pouring down rain she continues to tell me to go on with my order then while I’m telling her my order she tells me to wait. This happens 3 times. I tell her I want a buffalo chicken slider and then after being told to wait multiple times I continue telling her I want a regular chicken slider she makes me repeat myself multiple times and does not understand what I’m saying then when I tell her it’s the crispy chicken slider( which she should know if she works here) she tells me “then you should’ve just said that” with the nastiest attitude (and for what reason?). I will not be coming back to this location with the staff being able to talk to customers however they please.

  I ordered delivery did not get 2 shakes and they just sent lemonade which no one drinks. Very disappointed

  Just ordered a Greek gyro in the drive thru. The server asked me 3 times if I wanted Greek or beef and 3 times I ordered a GREEK GYRO. When I got back to work to eat my lunch I find a gross beef gyro which is not what I ordered and tasted disgusting!!!! Retrain your staff so they know the difference between GREEK and BEEF! I will not return to Arby’s again!!!

  Have never gotten my order right. Pay attention..PLAINmeans plain do not have time to come back from work to get it right, throw it away and that is money out the window. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING Finally done giving them chances to let me waste my money
