  These employees have become unprofessional. I have been coming here for years and purchase items here almost every day, and I have always received cups of water at no charge. I visited the day before yesterday and placed an order, and I was given water for free. Yesterday, I ordered three milkshakes with my meal, and I was told the total was $20. When I asked for clarification, I was informed that a cup of water now costs $2.89. I asked when they began charging for water, and the employee said it started two weeks ago. I explained that I had been there both last week and this week and had not been charged for water. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. As a loyal customer who spends money here regularly, I expected better service and clearer communication. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere (FYI) DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY)..........

  Idk what happened at this location (6/19/26 around 10:45-11:15pm) but I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and a lady said to give her a minute so I said okay, about 5 minutes goes by and there’s two cars behind me getting impatient and end up pulling off. About 15 minutes had gone by and there’s another 3 cars behind me at this point so I ask if anyone’s still there or if they still needed time, no response. Finally I say I’m going to pull up to the window in case the speaker had stopped working or something so I pull up and I see no one but a man who looked like he was there for maintenance walking in and out of the building. Eventually a woman came up to the front counter and just stood there on her phone for a few minutes before turning around and heading to the back again. I wait at the window for about 15 minutes as well before deciding to just leave. If y’all are gonna stop taking orders due to maintenance or whatever you should tell the customers or at least leave a note on the speaker, something. I’ve never been flat out ignored for 30 minutes anywhere during operating hours. What happened?

  I'm just like every one else, I work hard for my money and you would think when you decide to spend the money you had to work so hard for at a place, they're would be some level of appreciation, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich for me and my wife and the food was cold, they forgot to give me the sauce for the sandwiches and I politely asked if they could please be made fresh , the manager was very rude and told me they were not remaking anything and that was that , I was just like wow so I asked for a refund and left. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and could food. No respect for customers or for doing what they are paid to do.

  I love Arby’s roast beef and am sad that they have closed several stores.
